Wendy's is consistently good service but this one surprised me...show up at 5 just before the supper rush, stood around for 5 minutes as the staff tried to figure out who was logged in..etc...place my order, ask for ketchup. Meantime manager is changing out signage in the store requiring a ladder and causing worker around to be even slower.... in the end they are completely out of ketchup packets...sorry your 2 orders of fries are going to have to be eaten without it... Disappointing...glad I don't stop at this location often...
This specific location single-handedly made me stop spending my money at McDonald’s forever. Service is great, interior is cozy, nostalgic, and the food is amazing as always. Its 50 50 if the food will be prepared well or just enough. Rarely they forget items. But out of bacon? Thats weird for a fast food place that just added breakfast to be out of bacon. When the most well known item the "Baconator" is part of the well known menu.
So dirty and disgusting!!! The floors are so dirty that a girl slipped and fell in front of us as we waited in line to order . The floors are full of spilled pop and old food. Garage everywhere
Usually employee can interact in their job but as being a server you can’t be playing games and pushing each other at the place, last night I went there and I order through the drive through and when k went to pay they were playing game, I said that ok they are teenagers but I got home they gave me no dressing for the salad, no straws and put ketchup to my burger when I ask not to. They were distracted playing, you guys had to take things more serious, I am wring cuz is not the first time I live in the area and is always the same
Took my toddler through the drive-through yesterday before going to Wonderland. It was approximately 3:45 PM and looked quite busy inside the dining room. The drive-through was pretty quick even though we had to wait for our chicken strips. Decided to eat in the car just outside the restaurant. The food was delicious, as always!
Being beside Canada's Wonderland, this place is busy. As a result the washrooms are dirty, hand dryer wasn't working, garbage around and the air smelt like urine. The fries we got were were not a full portion and cold. They happily exchanged when asked. Don't recommend you visit here and dine in.

Drive thru is pretty quick, but the lines can get pretty long inside. I feel like they should be quicker to add another cashier when needed. Washrooms are typically filthy, but hard to blame the staff given the location across from Wonderland.
I was at this location and drive thru on Sunday August 28th after a fun day at wonderland with my 3 year old daughter and wife. I ordered dinner after the window to pay we went to pick up our food at the second window the employee handed out food then the other employee possibly the Manger came up to us and accused me of giving the middle finger clearly you have a camera for proof he just kept screaming at me and my wife in front of our 3 year old daughter our child was scared she started to cry from his shouting I never put my middle finger up and I said that once he kept screaming about it and his reply was oh now your calling me blind we said we need some water please he was so angry for no reason accused me of putting up the middle finger check your camera Do not make false accusations he slammed the window on our faces then we opened our bags and he forgot half the order my taco salad was missing I had to go back in with my bill .I've Never been treated so horribly as a customer that guy should be fired. HE NOt only made my daughter cry he screamed at me and my wife and making false accusations. I will never return to this location again he was extremely verbally abusive worse experience at a drive thru wish I can give it a zero
