Ok, so to start it seems like literally Anyone you ask will tell you the wait time for food here is outrageous, including my friend that lives in Portage. I’ve only been here once at nighttime, I went though the drive thru the wait was definitely a bit longer then normal but it was nighttime so that’s fairly typical for other McDonald’s as well. In terms of the food, can’t really complain, it seemed pretty good. Though my buddy says he got food poisoning here once.
The drive through line was so long we unfortunately weren't able to order. Luckily we had room to back out! The line simply wasn't moving at all. I know times are tough and it's hard to find employees but close the drive through if you can't make it work. During busy times, it may be wise to go to other restaurants.Service: 2/5
I went thru their D/T around 1 pm on Wednesday March 1. 3 cars ahead of me in line- 2 of them were "parked" and waiting. I was told at the window to "park" as well as they were waiting on FRESH Fries. 3 minutes later they bring me my order. Fries were barely warm and certainly were not FRESH or HOT. Why lie to me and make me wait ? NO Please or Thank You's given by the Order Taker at the speaker or at the 1st D/T Window. Overall a very poor experience. Won't be back to this McDonalds.
Typically the weekday morning staff are great. However they still screw up too often. Again today my coffee was wrong. First wrong size and then the “fixed” coffee was made with milk and not cream. Waste of time and money to pour it down the sink. Now evenings and weekends are horrendous at this location. I avoid it at all costs. 99% of the time you will wait for curb side delivery for 15-30 minutes or longer, even when you’re the only one. Also most of the staff have horrible customer service. Coffee is always old and stale, shouldn’t be even selling it. And almost every order made in the evening or on weekends is wrong in some way. This is clearly a reflection of the poor management/ownership from top down. These young managers don’t care and neither do their staff and it shows.
Can't go wrong with McDonalds Breakfast which I would consider to be 4 's, but on occasion I would have my orders for lunch/supper mixed with another or just not done entirely. It happens though, just double check your Take Out bag! Drive Thru lines are typically long for each rush, that I either had to sit through for 10-15mins, or not have to order at all. Once the drive thru is long, the line inside will also be long.
Didn’t think they could screwup a simple order but they did. I went through the drive thru and ordered 3 hamburgers and a large fry. I received 3 plain hamburgers no ketchup No pickles no onion. I ordered 3 hamburgers not 3 plain hamburgers super disappointed
Every time it takes 1 hours in the drive through I don’t know what they are doing in there.please never go there
This McDonald's has been rapidly declining. Lately the wait has been very long in the drive through, so I timed my visit and it took me 25 mins to get through. There was less than 10 cars at the time. Also, the lady at the cash till was too busy looking at her bracelet and it took her about 30 seconds to realize a different vehicle was at the window, and then the young girl handing out the food didn't say a word at all. Looked like she didn't want to be there, and gave me a dirty look when I asked her for an extra sweet and sour sauce. Overall I'm very disappointed in the direction this "fast" food chain is heading.
The worst McDonald’s experience ever. Ordered from mobile app, bill shows 3.90 when “place order” button pressed. And when I received the receipt it is 5.59. Wow!!! I asked and they are saying it’s there developer’s mistake and I should contact them to solve this. They can’t help. So I can’t help myself but to post this review. Pictures attached. Careful guys
Since the new owner has taken over you can clearly see they just care about the numbers not the people. Absolutely brutal service
