There's an amazing lady at the window, second one with distinct voice is also super nice, who knows knows who I mean. Generally McDonald's nowadays isn't what it used to be, meaning portion in proportion to size of the meal. Some people really don't like their job and you can feel it. I personally think they should be paid much better, because their job is hard and I guess they have no motivation right now??? I know it sucks for you guys and everyone complaints, but it's true that this drive through is soooo slow.
Went on a friday, Mens bathroom urinal was out of order, only one self order station was working, out of bagels, and my friend ordered the jalapeno egg breakfast sandwich with out meat it arrived with ham on ithe's Muslim and doesn't eat pork went back 2 days later and inside was closed only drive-through or order on app for patio delivery.
This has got to be the slowest McDonalds ever! This is not a "fast food" restaurant. Drive-through will take at least 45 minutes in peak times. You can order and eat a full meal at the Keg in less time. The staff are VERY nice and do their best. They are always advertising for workers. I suspect lack of people and poor management is the issue. Food is as expected when you get it. Check your order BEFORE you leave the pick up window! Quality control is an issue as others have mentioned
Horrible. Don’t go there unless you expect your order to be wrong. Ordered a 3 meals two of which should have had a large drink and large fries. I got both burgers and my nuggets luckily, but only one large fry and a small fry, my drinks similarly screwed. I got a large drink and a medium drink that was wrong. Wouldn’t be such a big deal if they didn’t charge the same prices as proper restaurants. Too expensive to not get what I ordered! Not going back !
We parked and went inside to get breakfast. We got our food fairly quickly and left with it. As we were leaving the parking lot the man who got our order came running out and stopped us saying our order got mixed up and he had the correct food for us. I thought that was very nice of him as it would have been easy for him to not bother coming after us. Nice to see great customer service to correct a problem. Parking: Lots of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible.
Stood at cash register for 5 mins to while drive thru orders are being taken but not even a hello. Then at 6 mins a I'll be with you in a few mins. What? Where did we lose the fact that I'm standing here waiting for my order. The other lady was upset as she had been there and said only drive thru gets their food. Never backFood: 1/5
Overall service wasn't bad. I was waiting at front counter for my food and I could see in the kitchen a lot of the employees seemed to be goofing off but the one that was running back side by himself. He has brownish hair and wasn't wearing a hat was the fastest worker I've ever seen he made my burgers in no time and on top of that they were made extremely well props to him he deserves a raise!!!
We stopped here and the dining room was closed. Every time I’ve gone there in the last three years, the dining room is closed and only the drive through is opened. It’s absolutely unacceptable that this place has the dining room closed still. From some other reviews, it seems they reopened dining room but must’ve been for a short time. I would not recommend going here!
They gave us medium fries that were only half full.
When you are the only burger joint in town, everyone will have an opinion, and ppl usually post when things go badly with an order so they can vent their complaints; that said, this resto is staffed by hard-working caring staff who are our friends and neighbours. They do the best they can every day, and while it isn’t always perfect, they shine with the resources they have.
