Decent place to stop for a quick bike. We both enjoyed our subs. Service was good, though it's hard to understand some of the works because of their accent. Overall, a good subway in Bancroft.

Ordered double meat on an assorted sub, only got double of one type of meat. Between mask and accent on worker was impossible to get it sorted out. Got 2 form emails one from company and one from location, exact same email. No resolution. Company clearly doesn't care about its customers. Will never go back.
The employee working named Samir was very kind and quick with my order. The sub was delicious would definitely come here again.
Its in good location but at about 11:20am -12pm they get so backed up with orders
Went onto this restaurant orderd a steak footlong sandwich. There was 2 men and one female speaking there own language and laughing at me? This should not be allowed! Last time I checked this is an English speaking country . Then on top of that I had to keep asking for extra topping as they are very stingy with. Will not be back!
Amazingly friendly staff. Food is always excellent. Rarely disappointed!
Staff knows our order before we say anything! Staff are very attentive and friendly. Best subway!
