The morning experience has gone up ten fold. Employees seem well trained and like they’ve got a good system in place now. If there’s chaos going on, it’s behind the scenes and not as obvious to the customer as it used to be. I get my order fast and it’s always accurate. The ladies at the drive though are so positive, warm and friendly. They greet you with a smile; it’s a great way to start the day. great experience overall.
I've never had a more negative experience with evening drive thru crew than these kids at 9pm last night. When I pulled up to the second window they were busy but because I could see them all through the window. The staff were making fun of how tired I was and I caught them acting out the tired look on my face. They saw that I caught them and immediately asked me to move down because I could see the majority of the staff, I was the only person in the drive thru but was asked to move ahead, not because they were busy I was still the only car there. When I got to the third window and they kept me waiting for a long time, not because the food was taking a long time but because the staff were all standing around talking to eachother. When I also asked the girl to wait at the window, so I could check my order the drive thru still wasn't busy she started to walk away, I repeated myself louder and she ignored me and walked away. Seriously not impressed with this service and attitude, will not be returning to this McDonald's at night ever.
My grandson lost his ring in the garbage and the female staff brought gloves and an extra bag and helped us look for it in the trash can. She was very nice and helpful. By the way we found the ring:Food: 5/5
Love the service, it's always an absolute pleasure coming here, drive thru wait times are rather quick and food is almost always made right and if its not they're always happy to replace it, love seeing Nicole whenever I come as she truly is a light of positivity and can bring a smile to anyone's faceFood: 5/5
I travel all around the GTA and this is by far the worst managed and worst McDonalds I’ve been to. It could be the smallest order like tonight and they park you to wait. Every .. single .. time I go to this location I get parked. Absolutely horrible service. They park you every time even for the smallest order, like tonight i ordered 2 McDoubles and they wanted to park me and it’s always the saddest most pathetic excuse “we are backed up” yet you have staff huddled around chit chatting doing nothing. This is McDonalds no ?? The biggest fast food chain in the world. Have food ready and prepared. It was Friday 6:30pm and they act surprised they are busy. I worked at Wendy’s in high school and we prepared ourselves for different times of the day when we knew when it’d be busy and not busy. Always had the food cooked and fresh ready to go fresh. If the food went to waste then oh well. It’s only a billion dollar corporation and there is waste counts. Just poor management and poor attitude when I get frustrated for having to go park and wait for 2 McDoubles and I get attitude for expressing my concerns. But I guess it is 2023 and there is no work ethic these days. It was definitely worth driving back to Barrie to get a delicious spicy chicken from Wendy’s. Place was packed, drive thru busy and yet everyone was in and out. Great service and no one was being parked. You should send your staff there to observe and watch how to run a fast food chain ;
It's Mc Donald's not much to write about. They got my order right. Took awhile tho. Had to park and wait. Fries were hot though, that's a bonus!Food: 4/5
Waited 10min for the drive thru before the order speaker and it never moved! Embarrassing. Thank goodness AnW was still open ordered and got my food in 2min.
Grabbed some grub for the family after work and when we got home the burgers were dry like they had been sitting for a while. Fries were old as well with actually a bunch of un cooked mixed in so weird and disappointing. Try yo avoid this place but those golden arces are like a mind erasing magnetic keeps sucking you in.Food: 2/5

It’s a huge letdown when you deny someone their bacon! Check your burger boxes :/ I had the most amazing McCrispy Deluxe at another location, I asked for extra mayo and lettuce because I seem to have bad luck never getting much in my burgers at this location and my box was flooded with lettuce Tonight in Angus, I ordered the same thing and came home to the usual amount of lettuce, mayo, BUT missing bacon and tomato. I feel it’s already ridiculous to have to count to make sure all the items are there but now I need to check inside the sandwiches before I go?
