Ordered a large California burrito and it literally came with 3 fries in it and was so small. It cost $15. Very disappointed, will never order here again. The service and value just isn’t there. Beware of this establishment when ordering through Skip. Their quality obviously drops way off when you’re not in the store. Ordered two regular sized burritos, and when they arrived they were very different sizes. The one in the foreground is supposed to have fries in it, didn’t know when I ordered that they meant it would only have 4 fries in it. Can’t wait until Mucho Burrito opens in town so this place can either step up it’s game or close down.
I ordered the tacos. Meat and toppings were great and fresh. Hard tacos were tiny and not very authentic. Nachos were warm and authentic. They looked homemade. Should do the the same for the hard taco shells. The menu said that they came with nachos and salsa. I had to ask for both, so the employee was not aware for some reason. I will consider returning to try the soft tacos. Update: They respond and request you email them. Then they don't respond to your email. I'm going to say poor customer service.
Server was super pleasant but today's fog seems to be affecting many. :- I don't like rice in my burrito. Hope my server's day gets better!
Clean store, driver Chris is hilarious, mid rating only because the food has gone downhill and the staff always seem too busy to serve a customer . Past few times they have runout of spicy chicken or steak and the serving sizes have gotten smaller
Pretty standard burrito place, the food is decent. My only two issues so far are 1. The size of a burrito bowl vs. The price does not make it worth it. Seems like they have decreased in size over time. 2. The spicy chicken just tastes extremely salty instead of spicy.
Where to start… Quality of food: Poor. The beans were very dry and clumpy. I’ve had better beans out of a tin can. The steak was mediocre and their burritos are over priced for the portion they give you. I got a small burrito and the price for a small burrito was $9.39 don’t quote me on the cents: They charge you extra for getting steak which I didn’t find out until the burrito was already made. I took a quick look at the menu to see where it says that they charge extra for steak. I couldn’t find it. Customer service: extremely poor. I didn’t feel welcomed at all in fact, I felt like they didn’t want me there. The lady who served me was rude and quick to get me out of there. She had blonde hair I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. You’re better off taking a trip to another burrito place. You’ll see the difference in quality, all around. I would highly suggest Burrito Boyz. I’m bias though, I love that place
Just ordered for the first time. Got delivery. Delivery was super fast and friendly. Food was hot and yummy. Will definitely be back!!
New review: Food quality has gone down, unfresh and cold. I got a quesadilla so unfresh it could be used for frisbee golf. Its frustrating bc the food is not cheap, $27 for a quesadilla chips and drink. It may be skip the dishes fault for being slow and unaccountable but the restaurant agrees to work with them so they can take blame. Would never recommend this place as delivery option. Old review: This place really rocks! Great food especially the home made chips. There are plenty of healthy options. Reasonable portions therefore no waste. I heard they deliver now too!
Changing my 5 star review from a year ago to a 2 star review now. The food is still delicious but the staff have really gone down hill over the last year. There is no consistency with how they prepare the food anymore and a few of the workers are miserable and that is enough to make me not want to return, regardless of how good the food may be. Now that there is another burrito place in town they will be getting my business since their customer service is much better.
I usually have great things today say about bar burrito but tonight I was very disappointed. Chicken burnt. Dry. Hardly any sauce. Ordered online. I don’t pay $40 to get get basically nothing.
