The food offered good sized portions, and the prices were fair. It took a little longer than usual to get our food but the $4 beer passed some time. The burgers were good they do have a special taste to them but the mashed potatoes were not great. Overall, we did enjoy this place… and you can tell from my pics the food wasn’t wasted except some of the mash. Chuck’s is known to charge a 3% honesty fee on top of the bill which is sort of an unexpected charge don’t know why they wouldn’t just add it into the food and drink price. Staff and service was great due to the lettuce shortage there were no salads available which was sort of a bummer. Angus is a nice little town.
The restaurant wasn't very busy the server was nice the place was clean and the food was pretty good. The one thing that bothered me about my visit was that one of my friends wanted their chicken wings coated in Hot-Honey which isn't a sauce they serve my friend asked if they could take the hot sauce and the honey garlic sauce and combine them in the tossing bowl and that he would happily pay for the extra sauce the server told use again they don't have hot-honey as a flavor we asked if they could ask the kitchen if it would be a big deal as we didn't see why it was an issue the server went to the kitchen and then the manager came to the table to inform us the kitchen would not be putting honey garlic and hot sauce on the wings that they don't do that there and when my friend said they had got it before at Chuck's roadhouse and that was all they did was charge an extra sauce and tossed them all together in the bowl. The manager had turned and started walking away from our table at this point she stopped and turned back to say well they shouldn't have I was a little blown away like wow where has the customer service gone these days nobody cares At all it's just come give me money and don't forget to tip. I understand not taking some extravagant customer request but I literally ordered my wings with hot sauce and honey garlic sauce separate on the side and I paid for an extra sauce the only step missing was tossing it in a bowl for that reason I lost a lot of respect for the restaurant and their lack of customer service
I had the 7 Oz steak , that was delicious and cooked perfectly. Very reasonably priced. The corn was cold and it was a poor ceaser salad. Imitation bacon bits!
Some of the appetizers taste like they were frozen but the entrees we’ve had have been delicious and well seasoned. Steaks are great, never been disappointed. Front of house staff are amazing and are always exceptionally friendly, personable and knowledgeable about the menu.
We rarely go out to eat because my wife is a great cook. So when she suggests this place, she recognizes a decent place to eat without throwing money away. The staff are always ready to help!Food: 4/5
Went there today for dinner, it was busy so the wait time was a little longer than usual . However our server Rachel was super friendly, food was really good and fresh. It was worth the wait. Happy to recommend it. Thanks Rachel again for your service it made a difference. .
Great food and service - we had the BBQ Spare Ribs and the Lamb Chops and had a bottle of Wayne Gretzky Cabernet/ Merlot which was not only very good, but also reasonably priced. We also had their ButterToffee Bread Pudding for dessert, which was absolutely fantastic. Looking forward to going again to try the Salmon on a plank.Food: 5/5
We dropped in for a quick dinner and it was quick! Good food, great service, nice clean surroundings. My only problem was that the front doors suck all the heat out of the place every time someone comes in or out. I was so cold the whole time, and we were not sitting near the doors at all.
I'm from out of town and decided to eat at your establishment. was disappointed with quality of food not one of us at our table were happy with dinner. My fries were over deep fried and cold, my brother's fish was actually deep fried to the point it was almost black ! Never seen that before...my mom's dinner was a chicken club house Wich didn't have tomato and was very dry hard to swallow. The only thing that was good was my beer which was cold. I won't be back
Been there back in September. Placed an order for some burgers online. For some reason got charged twice. Went my order and been told that I'll get reimbursed for extra charge. I even forgot about that. But when I was going through my credit cars statement noticed return on my credit card. Also burgers were very delitious. You not always find responsible people nowadays. Thatswhy leaving 5 Stars!
