I came through here at 7:45pm long before close I was told they don't have chicken because they're closing, I confirmed and the woman said unless I wanted to wait 25 minutes. I didn't mind waiting; to which she seemed upset that she had to do her job. When I received the chicken they were very small pieces and somehow not even fresh. Terrible experience. I miss the good old KFC days. UPDATE*** I came back a second time months later and had a similar experience. That ain't it. The Colonel would be disappointed.
I stopped by the KFC in Angus and I had a surprisingly wonderful experience there! I first started off at the drive through - standard greeting. Being as indecisive as I am, I asked if there were any combos or specials. The employee told me that I could go online and get them. I decided to park and go inside instead and take my time. I was greeted by Krystal and she was simply the happiest, kindest, most helpful person. She didn’t judge my idiosyncrasy, my desire to save a few bucks, and indecisiveness. She even offered to grab coupons from inside her car for me! Working in customer service for all my life, Krystal made my day and exceeded my expectations! Thank you so much for the positive experience. All the best!
Zero stars.....Missing sides....told they keyed it in wrong so we got what we paid for....3 combos piled in one bag on top of all the fries. Then handed 3 empty boxes after complaining that they should have been boxed meals...????.....smh yup that happened! The only thing that was good was the drinks...just a gross pile of mess. People spend money expecting just a little better than this. Just a heads up for those treating themselves to dinner.
Showed up tonight at 7 45.. all the lights including the open sign were off.. I knew they didnt close until 9 so I called and confirmed they closed at 9 but they said only drive thru was open. The girl who answered sounded like she hated even being there. If you ever wonder why you get NO customers after 7 45... this is why! When the front lights are all off including the open sign most people would assume CLOSED and not even bother to try the drive thru.
Reading other review on this kfc I decided to share. I have been here now 5 times. Each and every time it seems they are out of chicken. I explained that the last time the chicken was very small and asked to get a few larger pcs. I just left the drive through tonight as I was told they had only 6 pcs of chicken. Told me 30 min!! Once again disappointed. Sitting in Mary browns now. There is 8 people in the drive through and only one person working the till and the window and 2 cooks in the back and they are killing it!! Already paid and waiting for my food just in the time it took to type this review. If kfc keeps this up Mary browns will bury them which I hope they do!!
Food was fresh, service was fast, and the people were friendly. I have eaten here three plus times now and have never had an issue with this location. Thank you for the awesome chicken as always.
Food was soggy. Wasn't ready when we got there. Told us had to wait 25 mins for gravey. Then would give us fresh chicken or fires. Never again...waste of money poor service.
Terrible service and quality. On too many occasions they are closed randomly or say they are out of chicken and it will take 30 minutes for more. Just hands down the worst kfc I have visited.
Worst place in angus, rude service, “closed” at 730 all lights out, however the Drive thru open but no Chicken?! Wth is this place. Never return. Don’t bother going it’s a joke!
Hesitated to try location due to reviews. Fantastic visit today, very pleasant counter staff, quick service and most of all HOT FRESH food.
