Person who gave us our order cockily said, "We're pretty fast here, aren't we?" Except they were slow in the middle of dinner with no other customers, the fries weren't full and the Big Mac was such a complete mess that the sandwich maker left sauce on the burger box and more lettuce out of the sandwich than in. The few employees who do wear masks are constantly touching them without washing their hands and are clearly only wearing them because their parents want them to. We ordered only a drink one time and it took 5 minutes even with no other customers and got no apology for the wait.

It’s a McDonald’s you’re gunna go a ton no matter what. Never had any issues with food quality at all. Quite enjoy the 24/7 opening hours. Well, I ordered 2 meals from the New Minas, NS McDonalds with my mobile app, and went through the drive through to pick them up. I was sadly disappointed when I returned home with the 2 kids meals that I "customised" during my order with NO SALT ON FRIES...to find out BOTH of them were salted and I mean salted!, It wasn't residual salt either, fully salted. A waste which was thrown out. Why on earth make it look like an order can be customized if the workers don't do it?! Enough to not use the app anymore and only order in person as well as check my order while at the location BEFORE LEAVING

I was handed the wrong order at the drive through window, then half my order, I had to ask for the rest of it. Only to drive away without my drinks. I went inside and they handed me the drinks, when I got home I realized I was not given a hashbrown Food: 3/5

Where do I start? I went threw drive thru sat in the parking lot to eat, had to run over to the window 3 times because they just couldn't get the order right. That's after I sat for 20 mins waiting for the food gave my order to someone else.The fries are always cold, no napkins, no sauce on the wraps, items missing, orders are always messed up. Literally every time I go there I have a problem. The entry level employees are great but management is terrible and the store is poorly ran

I arrived at this 24 hour store at 2:19am. They advertise they are 24 hours but they close for 1 hour to count the money. Dylan was the representative spoken to. When I attempted to wait at the window of this 24 hour McDonald's , they asked me to leave and pull into a parking space. I've worked at a dozen stores of this type and can't understand why they cannot resume business during turn over???

Terrible McDonald's! Had to wait like 10 minutes for our order at the third window which, fine, we did order some no-salt fries. But they forgot our 20-piece nuggets and also made both fries without salt, as well as forgot a fork for the poutine. Or course there was no receipt.. Thanks for stealing however much a 20-pc nugget costs! $10-15? I don't even know but something outrageous like that. But hey, thanks for including the sauce Had a crying baby and impatient husband, and it was busy in town, so didn't turn around to go back. But I think I'm done with this McDonald's and won't be back.

So tired of getting incorrect amounts if fries. I know it's supposed to be fast food, but that doesn't mean we should be getting fast service if it means not paying attention to details. In the past couple of weeks I've gotten a child small drink in a meal deal and 2 times my large fries have only been half full. .

Traffic flow in the drive thru was pretty quick. Got the wrong burger. No napkins. No salsa for burritos. No straw for the iced coffee.....which was mostly on the outside of the cup. Fries were hot though and got lots of ketchup for them. Not sure how to make a NEW review. But today sep 5, 2022 my condiments were not even ON the burger. Haha. Beside it. Like for dipping?
