Food taste great but the look of the food is a whole different story. Sandwiches are messy. Coffee cup usually are either wet on the bottom or full of clumped up sugar. Very slow service. Stand at the counter for a good 5 to 6 mins before getting to order.Food: 3/5
Most advanced Tim Hortons I've seen. Never saw a Kiosk at Tim's before this one even outside of main city. Not just kiosk even their donuts have more variety than any Tims I've seen. Koodos to their management to keep that up in here in new minas. Plus, Every Tim Hortons I know stopped chocolate eclairs but this one still does with the whip topping in it instead, That's also a sweet kick!
Waited in the drive through for 25 minutes. Never even got a chance to order just got out as soon as there was an opening. If your gonna make people wait almost 30 minutes in your drive through they should atleast have an easy way to leave
Love the house fly inspectors buzzing inside the cases. Then cleaners sweeping flinging the dirt. Super soak the floors vs lightly damp. Always a circus I'll stay home cleaner and saferFood: 2/5
I used to work there and honestly that was by far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever worked at! The amount of rude people I worked with was embarrassing and the lack of care when messing up a order or making the customers happy with their meal or drink…
Sweeping floor washing floor. Added more water then actual on floor vs damp mop. Kiosk doesn't work. Staff need to stand on head to see a smile. Staff push for tips. I worked grocery ran customers in. I sure didn't get a tip other then the weather. Wait wait in line yet drive has 3 -4 and 1 inside Wait wait I could run better then current
If you have 20 to 25 minutes to waste then please go through the drive thru. Service is absolutely terrible, you can sit and wait for up to 7 minutes to be waited on, that's after acknowledging that you are there to them, when you findly get to make your order, be prepared to sit for another 15 to 20 minutes, so when you do get your order, your "frozen" drink is melted, your "hot" drink is now warm. Don't waste your time, go to Robin's or McDonald's for coffee, even at there peak they are faster serving customers then the New Minas Tim's.
i find at this Tim Horton's the service is directly on the time of day and who's working the counter. My large coffee with 3 milk is always good. When i get decaf it is always cold. When my wife orders a Steep Tea through the drive-thru it is coffee half of the time. Inconsistency at its finest
anytime i go in, staff swearing & goofing behind the counter. could you goof your way to the coffee machine & fkn give me what i ordered 7 years ago? Watching them "do their job" is like watching a train wreck in slow-mo. You want to help, but you know it's too far gone.
It's takes forever in the drive thru. I dont know why corporate would not be involved in this franchise location . They are definitely not meeting the corporate standards.Food: 3/5
