Burger King Restaurant

Got food this afternoon and usually it is good. today they were lost, food was all cold and tasted like it's been sitting out for awhile. But apple turnovers were perfect so not to sure why the food was off.

In my opinion the best fast food chain with the best tasting highest quality burgers. If you haven’t tried the hamburger sub it’s one of my new favourites. Sadly can’t give 5 stars cause I got food poisoning from the poutine once : Also the managers and workers are really engaging and kind when sitting inside.

The food was alright just like any other fast food type place. However when I whent through the drive thru they literally missed half of my order.. I was a little upset so I decided to call them. The Manger I spoke with was very understanding an gave me a code to replace my entire order for free next time I was in. When I whent back there was lots of people inside enjoying there meals an laughing, great place I'll be back to give them another chance : Kid-friendliness: I had a small child with me so I asked for a cup of iced tea for him .. but not all the way full they were more then happy to give me a half cup for him.

Food is always good there. Service is fast. Staff are friendly. I usually go through the drive through but when I eat inside the place is always clean. Never had any issues with the New Minas location.Food: 5/5

Tried the Ghost Pepper Nuggets and Original Chicken Sandwich and wasn't impressed with either. Nobody wears masks and one cashier I haven't seen for a while now was rude about a mishap with my order that was caused by their own app. The manager will ask your name for a mobile order and walk by your bag to walk over to another employee to point at your bag and tell them to hand it to you instead of just doing it himself, very silly. Even though there's an obvious shortage of tomatoes and lettuce, they don't actually tell you when you will or won't be getting them. The only good thing here is the Whopper, but it's never hot.

Had to return my burger because of no onions, asked for extra. They put a vengeful amount of onions on the second. Delicious.

If I could give you no stars I would spent over $11 on a really bad chicken sandwich. Mayo on top perfect but the gross sour mayo/tarter sauce made my stomach turn. Tried to talk to the manager she said that it was mayo and that's how it gets on the bottom so I ask for my money back but no she wants to make me another one if that is how it was supposed to be made then tell me why I would want another one. I tossed it in the trash and will never be back.

I only eat here 3 times a year but the food an service is great every timeFood: 5/5

tried that new ghost whopper and I wasn't impressed at all, I got 1 slice of onion no veggies and that black sauce, I had to remove that sauce as much as I could and put ketchup and mayo to make it taste better . I will not order that burger again. 1 put 1 start that's because of me adding ketchup and mayo

I went to Burger King New Minas around 6pm, Aug. 30,2022. I suppossed to order in front and they just staring at me. When I ordered 2 meal and changed the item the cashier showing her face so upset and I was embarrassed. I mean its Ok to void it just to satisfy customers. They need a serious training.
