Friend of theirs Jesse ray please interrogate Jesse who says she dropped Mary home that night after nearly 2 weeks with no news on Mary because she is known. For substance abuse the case is dropped and Mary is treated as a runaway. She had 2 little girls there was no way she was gonna leave her kids. It's March 20th 1999 a 150 miles away from where Mary was last seen 22 year. Old Cynthia vehicle is living out of a boyfriend at the time I didn't want to be around him so.
New manager is not following basic procedures... instead of fixing my burger and replacing what was missing. They placed the missing patties in a 6 piece box for me to fix. Now as I had to drive 15 minutes back wasn't inconvenient enough, the whole burger is cold now with only two hot patties. I wasted more gas and time and was given zero apologies, the staff was just also being rude and snickering about my reaction towards the box they handed me shown in the picture. Location: 1675 Marivale Rd This has never been experienced before at a Mcdonalds Franchise. This doesn't feel right.
I find the service here to be great. It's fast. The building is clean. This is a great location. I had one issue that I had mentioned in a review, and I saw that they fixed the issue. So, it makes me feel that they value customer feedback, too. 10/10. Great job guys.
Overall I'd say most of time the food is terrible. There has been a number of times that my fries have had no salt on them even though I never requested them to have no salt. I once had a McChicken that was so bad it tasted like it was rotten. I would not recommend this McDonald's there are other McDonald's that run way better. The most redeeming factor is how well the place is cleaned. But that statement is too generous as the lobby isn't even that clean especially during the winter.
Super easy to order from. So many options. I've actually drove past 2 McDonalds to come to this one before, knowing that they have superior, fresh, salted fries . Staff have always been nice and fast. Parking: Great accessibility for mobile pick up orders.
I've been here about 20 times in the last 6 months and not a single time did I ever get soggy fries. Always a dark golden brown and super crispy. Not common at any McDonald's these days. Good job guys
We decided to visit McDonald's during the March Break and eat-in. We spent over $45 on lunch for 3. My son got an iced coffee which was 90% ice & 3 sips of coffee. Instead of asking for a refill or address the lack of coffee in his drink as it was super busy, he decided to just get a pop refill on the way out. In doing so, one of the managers saw his filled coffee cup with pop and said those cups are not for refill and he should pour it out. Like Really !? Just the fact that we visited the restaurant and spent money should be enough. The iced coffee cost more than a pop and pop drinks have refills. And the fact he spared the staff the hassle of dealing with a customer concern, should be enough, but thd manager failed to ask. You may want to Thank Your customers first before stating policy and asking a family to pour out a 12 cent refill
This restaurant has really gone down hill. The sandwiches are often cold and soggy. Very poor QA. The franchise owner and mangement need to take a long, hard look at how this restaurant is operating. The drive thru service is horrible. The sandwiches have clearly been sitting around all day and they quickly reheat them and not adequately.
I ordered waffle fries. Manager gives me my food without my fries, punches the order from the board, and tells me my fries will be ready in a moment. I sit down and eat. Still no fries. I go to the front where this guy makes eye contact and then ignores me. I never got the fries I paid for
Rubbery nuggets and the $5 milkshake just magically doesn't exist, but the straw does! Thank you so much for a straw I have no use for! And on a delivery order so I cant even actually get my money back. Never ordering from here again. Horrible.
