Awesome service at this location. They always make everything correctly and quickly. The staff make you feel welcome and they all deserve a raise. They are very hard-working. Two things could make it even better: -if all staff continued to mask -if they did not assume pronouns for customers they don’t know
I visited Ottawa, and tried to get the Ottawa coffee mug. There are price tag on the mug 14.95, but when I paid, they asked for 18.95. They asked me to wait and then they did something else. After a feel minutes, they said they will make a call, but probably I need to pay the price in their system... Bad service. Waste my time. It is my first time I visited the store. It is my last time as well.
Relatively standard Starbucks with friendly staff and clean dining area. Stopped in with family to try a nitro cold brew. It was good and I’ll probably get it again!
Caught them summoning a demon in the back room. Thing came out of a portal and almost took my head off. Only got a part of my ear in the end though Vegetarian options: Found a femur in my milkshake Kid-friendliness: No chance Parking: Got into the drivers seat to leave and ended up going to er for the 14 shards of glass an employee left in the seat Wheelchair accessibility: They have 13 corpses of the wheelchair people that tried to get in Dietary restrictions: They tried embedding peanuts in my skull after finding out I had a mild allergy
They are so slow here and always jammed with Uber orders. I’m not paying $8 to wait 20mins for a coffee.
Well, if you have choice to avoid this particular lactation do it! After very long wait and apology I finally had an order : that is not mine, lol. and when I brought it back they make me fill it is my fault. Finally I have my coffee and it definitely not the best same as not the worst Starbucks I ever tried. If you like feel like a criminal without anything you doing wrong, you are welcome to this place. I would try my best to skip it to the next available Starbucks.
when ours drink already made. but they left them on. the side and let’s our wait 20Mins bad service ever
super friendly staff.. great at answering menu questions. Service dog friendly. Lots of power plugs and clean. And as always drinks are delicious. Tried the every bagel.. yummy!
Just spent 5$ on a basic tea. Yes, they sold me a teabag and some water for 5$. The customers look incredibly slow, and that makes perfect sense
Went there today with 2 friends. No debit, no credit available due to system outage. They said we can accept cash. Well we had a ten and a hundred dollar bill. The ten wasnt enough. And when we gave her the 100$ bill she rubbed it like they do for counterfeit then decided she didnt want to accept it and said we dont have enough cash. Even though they been accepting cash. We sat on the patio and tried again 30 min later hoping they had more cash. They refused us again. Left in anger. Not the way to treat customers who have been going there since it took over from Timothys years ago.
