The girl at the cashier counter was pretty nice but the way our burgers were made could have been a lot better. Seemed like they were made in a rush and without any proper effort. I have had the same burger, tasted much better at other McDonald’s locations.
New manager is not following basic procedures... instead of fixing my burger and replacing what was missing. They placed the missing patties in a 6 piece box for me to fix. Now as I had to drive 15 minutes back wasn't inconvenient enough, the whole burger is cold now with only two hot patties. I wasted more gas and time and was given zero apologies, the staff was just also being rude and snickering about my reaction towards the box they handed me shown in the picture. Location: 1675 Marivale Rd This has never been experienced before at a Mcdonalds Franchise. This doesn't feel right.
One has to wait in line to enter as the management allows only a limited number of clients to the restaurant due to COVID-19. If you order advance online, they don't bring condiments with the fries. If you ask, they ask you to come to the counter. To do so, you have to wait in line, all for a small package of Heinz catchup.
The order taker was very nice and friendly. After ordering, we were told to stay in parking for the food, however after 20 minutes and seeing more than 5 different orders after us being gone, I approached the window and told where our order is. It seemed no one cared. I asked 3 times, and the guy comes and says, it's been 19 minutes and you can't come and complain. Like, you have to sit like a duck and wait until whenever we like, we will bring your food. Such a horrible place. Finally, my order came with $5 to compensate for it. I said keep the food for yourself, I'm not here for handouts I order food and expect respect and service. I didn't even bother to get my full refund. The management and owner should be ashamed of themself with this kind of service and disrespect to customers. It seems they no longer care about the customer in this place.
I find the service here to be great. It's fast. The building is clean. This is a great location. I had one issue that I had mentioned in a review, and I saw that they fixed the issue. So, it makes me feel that they value customer feedback, too. 10/10. Great job guys.
It seems like every single time I order from here now, they always leave something out. Doesn't matter what time of day, whether I order online or in person, they ALWAYS forget something even if it's a very simple order. Every single time I order an extra patty, they leave it off even though I got charged for it. I ordered a combo and got no drink. Ordered a happy meal with milk and got no milk. I ordered a McMuffin with extra sausage and it was nowhere to be seen. I have wasted a decent chunk of change on food which was never received. At this point I don't even care enough to pester them to bring me the rest of my order, it's just very disappointing because this location used to be good. 1/5 stars, please get your staff to wake up and double check their orders.
Overall I'd say most of time the food is terrible. There has been a number of times that my fries have had no salt on them even though I never requested them to have no salt. I once had a McChicken that was so bad it tasted like it was rotten. I would not recommend this McDonald's there are other McDonald's that run way better. The most redeeming factor is how well the place is cleaned. But that statement is too generous as the lobby isn't even that clean especially during the winter.
Super easy to order from. So many options. I've actually drove past 2 McDonalds to come to this one before, knowing that they have superior, fresh, salted fries . Staff have always been nice and fast. Parking: Great accessibility for mobile pick up orders.
Lobby not open 24 hours anymore. Second time I've been disappointed to see your lobby not serving walk in customers. I have a brain disorder that prevents me from driving so drive through is not an option but I also work late. Am I to understand that your business will not be able to serve me directly anymore?
I've been here about 20 times in the last 6 months and not a single time did I ever get soggy fries. Always a dark golden brown and super crispy. Not common at any McDonald's these days. Good job guys
