I visited McDonald’s with my son after his school disco. Food was lovely and staff very friendly. Taylor in particular, went out of his way to talk to my son about his disco, brought over colouring stuff while waiting for our food. Was very polite and nothing was too much trouble. Great asset to the team : thanks again :D Kid-friendliness: Staff friendly and engaged with my son. Especially taylor
Been visiting here for years, staff always friendly and store constantly being cleaned. We now use the McDonald's app which is great for ordering ahead and collected either through driveway or counter or even brought to your table. Plus the rewards build up so quickly. Only downside I would say is that recently its impossible to park due to all the food delivery drivers taking all the spaces.
Just had the loveliest experience in a McDonald's ever today. Me, my partner and our little girl had taken a quick pit stop to eat while on our way to see family before Christmas. We ordered our food and sat down as any normal trip to a McDonald's. We were then greeted by a wonderful woman called Catherine who is a customer service experience leader. She transformed a normal, mundane McDonald's visit to the best we have ever had. Her skill set to deal with customers is absolutely exceptional. Your manager should hold you close as you are a huge credit to this branch.
Food is typically fresher from this one compared to others less cardboard chips. Service to the click and serve usually very friendly and they even bring out sauces which I've not seen at any other McDonald's. The only negative about this restaurant is the person who's job it is to put the cheese on the buns... I swear they are throwing them across the room as they are 8/10's half out the bun.
Ordered a Bacon & Egg muffin just now. Got it home and by George it's shrunk now and the bacon has gone missing see photoFood: 1/5
We 2 adults, a 4 year old and a 2 year old visited for a treat on a busy Sunday lunch time. Having ordered on the machines we were promptly delivered via the table service our food which was hot, fresh and tasty. Although a smaller McDonald's we were able to park, get clean seating and enjoy our lunch. The staff were busy but appeared organised and friendly. A great McDonald's experience.
Every time we have visited McDonalds in Sudbury, we have always had a delightful experience. In particular, we want to thank Catherine who always goes above and beyond to speak with customers, and do the best at her job, she truly is a sterling example of a tremendous employee. Catherine always has a smile on her face and full of joy! Sudbury is very lucky to have Catherine as a member of staff!
Misunderstood order at drive thru. Didn't correct this mistake when told... ended up having the wrong thing. Lady that served us when we had to park upwas very nice. Wrong ingredients in burger, though more than 20 nuggets. Did however taste very nice and fresh. In the past it has been better and Sudbury's McDonalds is a very good one.
Such a shame that this McDonald’s is no longer child-friendly. I took my 6 year old here for a treat and we were seated next to a group of loud, swearing teenagers that weren’t eating but were just being antisocial and using the table to roll cigarettes. Upon closer look, I saw that a member of the staff team Taylor was joining in with this swearing group. I couldn’t believe the unprofessional behaviour by this member of staff and when I mentioned this to the a more senior member of staff, Taylor stood nearby smirking. I would not recommend taking your children here.
To many outside drivers parking to close to the door. Food collection's. Thus is the case in most of the restaurants. Its not good that customers have to park further away. I'm a Truck Driver so I have to find parking elsewhere. But to walk past cars that is parked up close to the entrance and have them drivers walking a short distance. Some I have seen parking in disabled parking. Not good. Need to keep an eye on this.. Parking: Parking on site. But too many just eat drivers. Or other food drivers parking to close to the main entrance..
