Starbucks

What a terrible, unorganized experience… people were waiting 30 mins for mobile and in person orders. I get that it’s the holidays & there are rushes but then there needs to be a turnoff of orders, more hands on deck, or some sort of solution in place. The baristas were trying their best but seem like they need better training from corporate to manage high-paced environments. Hope this review encourages just that.

One star because zero is not an option. This happens to be the Starbucks closest to my house regrettably. They close whenever they want. Ordering ahead is useless. There is no management of the store. Avoid at all costs. They do not care.

Coffee, there's for shure many Kinds of coffee pastries Donuts drinks and Different odds and ends clean and really like a morning going to Starbucks. I see this coffee place really, nice to sit in and have a good morning...

They really need to move the location across the street. For some reason people at this location regularly park in the fire lane and wait for their drinks. It’s daily, acceptable behavior in Sudbury. Aside from that, the baristas here are fantastic and my drinks are always amazing! Sometimes they take a little longer than I’d like but I really appreciate the barista that works in the afternoons. He tries to get to know customers and gives off great energy.

Great Starbucks but can be tough to find parking sometimes, it's in a plaza with a busy grocery store.Food: 5/5

I never know whether this location will be open. There is no sign on the door to indicate hours and what is posted online isn’t accurate. I cut them slack during COVID but at this point it’s ridiculous to not have correct hours posted anywhere. As I sit outside the store writing this, at least 7 other customers have attempted to go in as the lights are on but door locked. I see people looking in the window, checking their phones, trying the door a second time and finally walking away confused.

Extremely slow, every single time. If I order a hot drink and a cold drink, I always end up waiting 5-10 minutes for the ‘other’ drink. I have been to plenty of Starbucks that are just as busy, not sure why this place struggles so much and has such a long wait. My advice, make all the drinks in the order one after the other and let the customer leave. I shouldn’t get one drink, then wait for them to make 5 drinks for other customers that came after me, just because both drinks didn’t come from same location, hot or cold.
