Overtime Bar and Grill

Food is fresh off the grill nothing microwaved. Service is great. Has live entertainment and a large patio. Recommend this place any day of the week as they also have daily specials.

Ordered the chicken club tasted excellent. Was expecting a sandwich came on a burger bun but I guess that's ok. My wife ordered the taco salad it was huge tasted amazing but not humanly possible to eat in one sitting. All in all great atmosphere and great service, we had a nice time.

Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would. I am so beyond disappointed and frustrated with the service we received, a table of 3. Took 15 minutes to even get menus, an extra 30 minutes to get our drinks, and another extra 15 minutes to even get 1 of the 3 simple glasses of water we asked for. We never ended up getting the other 2 glasses. Our waitress then disappeared for at least another 45 minutes. I understand and am always very sympathetic to staff shortage, but 1 hour and 45 minutes of waiting, without even being asked what we wanted to order, is beyond stupid. We didn’t even bother ordering food because we knew the wait time for food would have been even longer than drinks. Despite asking for one bill with 4 beverages in total, the waitress brought our 3 individual bills, and then gave us attitude when we stated that we asked for 1 bill. The service was absolutely horrendous. Despite there being lots of things I want to try on the menu, I can’t see myself going back for a long time, if ever. After looking at some of the other reviews, it’s easy to see that there is a pattern of horrible service.

Went to Overtime last night for my daughter's birthday supper. Our waitress was incredible, but the food was absolutely terrible. Shrimp Alfredo, eggplant parm and steak sandwich were less than great. The steak tasted charred with no other flavor. Would not recommend going for dinner.

Atmosphere was good. Food only showed up for half of our table. Rest wasn't punched in. Had to wait. Wings were cold. Waitresses were friendly and the bingo was fun

Whoever the hostess is answering phones is very unprofessional and rude tonight. I called to confirm an online order, and apparently their website no longer accepts it, even though it lets you submit an order… She mentioned it was busy, which is fine but I advised her to fix the website noting they no longer accept orders here and while speaking with her, she starts shouting at a server while I’m talking to her on the line, cutting me off… I don’t care how busy an establishment is, the service tonight was disgusting and we order from here weekly. Not anymore.

Service was slow, we waited 10 minutes just for the waitress to come ask us for drinks. At the end of the evening when I came time to pay for a bill she was nowhere to be found... and it wasn't busy. But the food was good! I got the Montreal Burger and my bf got the Thai bites. They were also good.

Food good, service good. Hotter then hades in there. No air conditioning, customers all saying too hot. Poor servers all looked sweaty. I can imagine the kitchen staff baking their butts off. Would have stayed longer but left after meal to go somewhere else for deserts and drinks. Again service and food was good.

I’m from out of town. Food was decent but for a sports bar every tv had family feud. It was a Sunday evening and the specials were pretty good. Unfortunately, Staff weren’t very friendly and one in particular, the manger I assume, hated her job, and let customers see it. Yes, I’d go back. At least for the food. Not for the customer service. Just order to go and you’ll be happy.

Ordered the taco salad months ago and have been raving about it since. It’s been my go to both dine in and take out, however it always comes different. Sometimes it’s completely built, sometimes everything comes on the side and sometimes some is on the side and others are not. Regardless, it’s delicious. However, the last time i had it i received about 1/2 cup of cooked onions and what i assume was falafel, and it most definitely wasn’t spicy or in fact flavoured at all. Unsure if this really was beef or just old, or fake or what, regardless, it wasn’t a “mountain of spicy beef” as described on the menu. I will say that i contacted the restaurant, and spoke to Kelly, who’s initial response was to “call the manager tomorrow morning” which i had no interest in doing seeing as this would give me no current solution. So, she and her staff went out of their way to personally bring me a whole new salad. I give the staff a 10/10 for this, however i don’t believe the new beef I received was the correct amount, but it did look more like beef and was definitely spiced right. Unsure if i’ll be back.
