KFC

Wasn't the best I've had from here wife's meal didn't have many chips my chicken burger wasn't that good tasted like it wasn't cooked properly although looked OK. As for value for money I think it's very expensive in my opinion. You could go to a local cafe get waited on and have a good meal for the same price.

Just ordered via Uber as I have before, it came very quick but, chips cold, no salt or pepper or napkins, chicken had clearly been sitting there ages, barely warm, over cooked and dry .. I NEVER leave bad reviews so this is no joke. I spent £20 we were starving and didn't want to order again so ate it, but unenjoyable and not worth the money not meets the advertised standard. I am a single mum who rarely splashed out for take away, very disappointing. Feel free to contact me with an apology

Haven't been in a KFC for a little while and popped in as we were at some other shops near by. The outside of the building needs maintenance, but that shouldn't mean the inside and food isn't good. The Food was ok and got but KFC seems to have shrunk the size of the krushems, and changed to skin on friesnot as nice as the fries before. Seems to be alot more expensive than it used to be too. Staff were good but the floors untidy and need sweeping, and tables could do with wiping more often as well. The wife said there was no soap in the dispenser in the toilets, the toilet roll holder kept breaking off a sheet at a time and the weren't too clean either. Presentation and cleanliness is important in food place. Must improve in my opinion

Customer service is disgusting. When going in the drive through all you can hear is your server laughing with other staff. Personal hygiene of staff is poor. Can see into kitchen and it looks dirty, floor is not clean.

Ordered an uber eats that never got delivered from here so went up and that staff were amazing helpful and kind ot couldn't have been handled better. And of course the food was amazing as ypu would expect. Parking: Plenty of parking aswell as drive through.

Food is much better than the next closest one Bury st Edmonds and it has hard working staff I could see was trying hard when I when in to get my food, and it took no time at all for it to be ready, the only thing what is horrible is the location.Food: 4/5

Excellent service. Excellent food. It's been quite a while since i have tasted a proper kfc chicken!. Crispy Golden on the outside and moist succulent meat inside. Well done guy's.

Abit concerning when you see RATS running back and forth from KFC to middle island of car park. Not particularly something you want to see when you just ordered food here. Won’t be coming back due to this. Pest control needed asap!! To sort this issue. While waiting for our order we saw 4 rats in the space of 5 minutes. Please get this sorted.

I never ate anything from there, but I would like to add a point. Bro two weeks before, I visited this KFC at night. I reached there 15 minutes before their closing time. By then, they had already started cleaning the store and locked the doors. You could imagine how early they could have closed the store then. So bad service.

The ladwho served on the drive through today was so lovely, chatty, friendly, polite. J7st genuinely nice. So a big thank you who ever he is.
