The McDonald's and Lindsey consistently left me down unfortunately the other McDonald's are like a 40 minute driveway I ask for my breakfast sandwiches without English muffin buns because I have diet restrictions and this is what I get
Busy busy place on a rainy March break Friday. Hardly squeezed into the parking lot past the long take-out line up. The kids play place is open again after no where to take the kids during covid.Food: 2/5
I asked them politely for a rag so I can clean my own table close to kids playground. She looked at me like I had three heads, and said someone will come clean it. I waited around and they never did. I ASKED a SECOND TIME for a rag and they mentioned the same thing again. I ended up HAVING TO CLEAN MY OWN CRUSTY TABLE and the chairs MYSELF after some waiting time after being served so I can enjoy my burger and a seat for my kids. THEY LACK TRAINING...
Check your take out orders closely! Learn from my mistake of not checking and driving home first. Made the sundae and McFlurry 5 minutes before the food was ready. So they’re half melted by the time you get them. Forgot the dipping sauce for the McNuggets. Had to remind them about the cup for the cola. Explicitly ordered the 2 burgers with no mustard, no onions and no pickles. Even shows on the receipt. Guess what was on one of the burgers? Mustard, onion, and pickles! I’m surprised the other one was actually correct. Definitely not worth the price.
Terrible service today. Curb side took almost 30 mins. Didn’t order much. Food was cold and looked like it was sitting for a while in the warmer or the bag. Messed up drinks. Then the order of hotcakes did not come with cutlery butter or syrup. They were also cold and had a hair on them so my daughter didnt eat them. No napkins in bag. Such a waste of time and money today. There was definitely no care or value in customer service today.
two days in a row I've asked for a BLT+cheese....I guess that's just too hard
I ordered the spicy bacon Deluxe mccrispy, the bacon was burnt, the chicken resembled a chicken burger from the frozen food section at the grocery store and was overcooked. And there was no spice at all. Very disapointingFood: 2/5
McDonald's food is fast food. What can you really say about it? It's a pick me up I guess. But the service is where it's at. These kids are hustling to make a dollar, There's so much going on at once, but the focus is on point. I've never had a bad experience at this location. Parking: The parking lot and drive-thru situation needs some TLC. With the drive-through line holding up the plaza traffic, it's not suitable for the population of the area.
Since Shanea left - everything has been downhill. The food quality, customer service, etc. They're supposed to be open until 11pm - but consistently close before that time - for ludacris reasons such as "emergency cleaning" etc... I saw people cleaning the dining room - but why not still have the drive thru open? .. was told this isn't a regular occurrence,- but monthly when I am in town visiting family - they are closed early for same excuses.. never have I experienced this from a fast food establishment. They need to hire new staff - most definitely need a new manager for night shift anyways I watched at least 5 cars be turned away - and that happens monthly... I wouldn't be happy if I owned that business, and my staff were turning customers away.
Person taking orders was rude and gave attitude because we ordered breakfast food at 11pm when the screen showed breakfast food and switched to lunch during our order. She was also very slow. After paying for food, had to pull forward and wait with 12 other cars waiting for food wrapped around the building
