Worst Restaurant in Lindsay!! I don't even know how they still open , they should be closed down immediately!! Longest, wait time for a basic 1st food chain , you also end up with cold buggers , the staff at the drive through is so rude no manners at all they have a laundry list of why they are the worst . I will never set foot there again , I even made all my friends aware of what to expect when they go here and surprisingly they all agree.
Place is hit or miss. Went through the drive-thru, trusted they put the pop lid on tight… lid popped off and got dumped all over my car. Another time, got chicken strips and poutine; didn’t give me dips I asked for, no napkins or cutlery. ‍Foods better than other fast food places in town.
One of the worst fast food restaurants in lindsay!! Extremely long wait times in the drive through only to receive food that has been sitting heat lamp.
We dined in & the young girls @ counter were very nice, polite & listened when we ordered unlike some places where they are busy talking to people they work with. This place deserves a 5 star rating. We always like Harvey's. To all the people that cry about waiting, they should realize these burgers are grilled to order as you ask. They are NOT sitting on a hot plate like they are in McDonald's etc. You get freshly grilled at HARVEY'S.
Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru, and asked for extra lettuce on my burger. They put maybe 6 pieces of lettuce on. Two stars because the people at the window are polite.
Over 30 minutes waiting in the drive thru,trapped traffic and design. Watched my order sit next to the cold window for another 5 minutes while I paid and waited for fountain pop. Disgraceful, microwave take out for us tonight
People are really nice. But the burger was not juicy as I expected. It was all dried out and had a slightly burnt taste.Food: 2/5
The young person at the drive thru window, was absolutely lovely. She was patient and polite. I told her that i'd just left another chain burger place, because their staff was rude to me. She apologized profusely! Very sweetly left me a hand written note in my order bag, that she hoped my day got better in CURSIVE! You should be very proud of your staff!
This location seems To really struggle to give people what they order. I constantly get the wrong stuff not the right pop or donuts that don't have any cinnamon sugar on them
Very busy place but food always comes out quickly, hot and fresh! Love me some Harv-ehs!Food: 5/5
