This KFC has consistently had bad service over the last year. Our family loves KFC and we used to order it online at least 2 times a month and my wife would pick it up on the way home from work. In the past several months we have ordered ahead and had to wait 25 minutes after getting there because you can't go in as they do not have enough staff to operate or like last time we went they were out of chicken. We have heard similar stories about this place from our friends and family as well. It may be a sign of the times but I really hope they get it together because we love the stuff, it's delicious!
Just picked up 18 piece, the macaroni and fries are 3/4 filled and the fries are cold ? i just switched back to KFC because Mary Browns seems to never have enough chicken lately and waiting has become normal. NOT a great impression.
The chicken is certainly small compared to other chains and KFC stores. It was tasty but a tad overdone. We got the festive dinner and it was 40 bucks. No fries were put in the order. Will be calling in and requesting fries next time as we live 35 minutes away… annoying!
Very poor service we ordered chicken bowls and they told us to pull over. We stood there at least 40 minutes and then we went in to talk and the manager gave attitude and said i just dropped it 5 minutes ago and left. Staff was still polite and humble. Never expected this behaviour.
Drive 15 minutes to get take out yesterday. Sign said open. Hours state should be open. Doors locked. Employee inside would not acknowledge me when I knocked. Went thru drive-thru again no one would answer. Called the store . No answer. Picked up takeout today from another store. Ordered and paid for 10 prices of chicken. Got 8 !.. Seriously !
Ordered bucket with Drumsticks, wings, breasts and NO THiGHS! Got home to find out there was 1 drumstick, 1 chicken breast, 4 wings and 4 thighs. What part of NO thighs do they not understand!! This is not the first time it's happened but will definitely be the last.
Horrible. One, sometimes they don't have the food ready and will still take your order, only telling you they don't have your food until it's too late. Two, horrible customer service. They overcharged at first, tried to leave out a food we had ordered, and then when they forgot to include gravy, they blatantly ignored us whilst we tried to get their attention to alert them of this. We know they ignored us because they had looked at us then turned away. It sure wasn't worth the half hour wait. Absolutely awful establishment, and I do not recommend ever getting food here.
If I could give 0 stars, I would! Pulled into drive thru. Was told my order would be 30 mins. I asked for well done fries, and received uncooked ones. The chicken had half the skin gone on a bunch and was very soggy. Disgusting. Will definitely NOT be back.Food: 1/5
Order a simple big crunch meal and extra fries..... pay the bill then asked to wait.15 mins then shorted the extra fries with a new bill in the bag different then what already paid for..... they are stealing money if you don't pay attention.. 2nd time it has happened, never going back
Long wait. Chicken was fresh but was all deformed. Other than the drums and wings, you could not tell which was a rib breast or thigh. It's like they were smooshed and squeezed. Very weird.
