Compared to other McDonald this is very clean and cozy. There is cool kids' room with slides and climbing frames. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning in the games room, so it is very stuffy to climb in the pipes. The kids come back sweaty. Overall a great place to hang out with the kids!Dine in: Yes
There is no drive through at this location. Food was standard McDonalds fare in terms of speed and quality. Plenty of self-checkout terminals which was good because there wasn't anyone manning the counter which made the whole experience a little weirdFood: 4/5

This location made the best tasting McDonalds burger I’ve ever had. The staff was friendly and service was quick. The seating area was very clean and a bit more upscale than other locations I’ve been to. I’d definitely come back.
This is the secound time I have came to this specific location and they have pretty much stolen our money. We order on the app and when we go inside to pick it up they never have our order. You would think they would understand what happened and since they already have our money they would just give us the order but obviously thats never gonna happen. We cant get a refund nor can we get food.. just go somewhere else.
Its a really nice mcdonalds but its all appearances. No drive thru. Long wait times inside. There are at least 40 people waiting. Nowhere for people to wait. Everyone is in everyone else's way. Yet all of the workers are walking casually. No urgency. They act like there is one person in line but there are dozens. Terrible service.Food: 1/5
Clean bathroom. They were busy at 2 on a Saturday afternoon, so there was a 1 0 minute wait for our food. Typical customer service and quality that you would expect from McDonald's.Food: 3/5
I have to say that this McDonald’s in Westford is probably one of the worst I’ve ever been to. They could never seem to get the order right I always have to go in and change some thing and then if I’ve driven away, I have to just put up with their mistakes. These are not complicated orders. Simple stuff Diet Coke,small fry and double quarter pounder with no pickles. Somehow they turned that order to a large root beer a double quarter pounder with just mustard and ketchup, and a medium fry. But if I wanted a medium fry, I would’ve ordered it. It’s like nobody can read or understand English. And it’s too bad because this used to be a really nice place.
So I stopped in for quick bite to eat. Miguel at the front counter was excellent fast courteous helpful pleasant. The expeditor was quick and fast as well with my shake she was a very nice young girl, perfect job. I always check my My sandwiches before I leave the cook From out back in a light blue dress shirt, a older gentleman probly sixties Gray hair asked was everything was good or anything else. it was absolute perfect right. on spot. on completely caring about customer service this is probably one of the best McDonald's I've ever been to. I will be back here again as I pass by this at least every other week.
Gentleman that took my order was very nice. I ordered a blueberry muffin but they didn't have any, so I said a cinnamon roll but cashier recommended the Apple fritter so I went with that. I see another employee open a small clear bin, reach into an open box with no gloves on, only using a small bag, and grab a fritter out. Not the greatest thing to see after the cashier recommended the fritter. My egg and cheese biscuits were not fresh, cheese was barely melted and parts of biscuits were hard. I finally look at the fritter and it looks gross, and not appetizing. Other than the cashier's who was pleasant, I was very disappointed in my food and experience.
