They told me it would be 5 minutes for my order to come up and it ended up being 25minutes. I understand that things may take awhile, but being off by that much for 1 hot and 1 iced coffee is bad business. There was a reason I asked about how long it would be.
My momma called to order me some cake pops for my birthday she didn’t know how to work this darn thing so she left me writing the reviews! anyways MADDISON same name as me from the starbucks in westford MA was the nicest employee she said she ever encountered! so if you ever see yourself at the starbucks in westford ma make sure to leave maddison a nice tip! thank you and god bless!
Great Starbucks with a friendly staff. They had a cool project where you could write down the best thing that happened to you this year and put it on the wall. We really enjoyed that; it was a wonderful way to start the day. Only drawback is they don’t have gender neutral bathrooms even though they easily could.
I asked the guy easy on the ice. However they filled with ice. So, I had to take the ice out and that what got left.
The worst Starbucks location I’ve visited yet. 40 minutes to pick up a mobile order two coffees what was quoted 10 minutes to be ready. I’d be okay with it being an off day…. But this has been 3 consecutive times back to back while the store has been completely empty. Never ordering here again
Long time customer of the Westford location and have seen a lot of change over the years. The current crew is tops! Speedy, professional, friendly and great Baristas. Special shout out to Marley who always greets me with a smile, remembers my name and makes a heck of a latte!
It's been quite a while since I've been at a Starbucks that provides this quality of service. They were fast and friendly, and seem to know the old ways of SBux customer service. Best iced Americano since I made one myself at an sbux when I worked there.
Good location. Larger in size, so there are a good number of places to sit. Not the greatest number of electrical outlets, but you can make due. 9 out of every 10 lattes is on-point.

i have never loved a place more <3 it truly is such a fun and welcoming community to be apart of!!! its the start of pretty much everyday for me and I’m always greeted by welcoming faces and kind words!! they know my order and always make conversation too!! I know Starbucks strives for that third place, and this store really provides that!!
