Cold BigMac ticket 52.....I was tired from just finishing work . MKDs Felt Under staffed like so many places .
Shift manager seems to have no clue what she is doing unfortunately. Staff seem to be able to figure everything out instead of her. Place looks dirty, not sure if you need to hire more staff or need better management or bothFood: 4/5
Toilets absolutely filthy no toilet paper, nappies on the sanitary bin . The tables were filthy I had to ask a member of staff to clean the table and floor so we could sit . We sent one of our meals back as it was freezing. Security staff and the guy who cleaned the table were very nice and helpful but ,Wouldn't go back again in a hurry .

Depending on the day can be very clean or very messy, bins over flowing sticky floor etc... but the staff are very efficient with the serving haven't had mistakes so far and the kiosk seems to be working fine without OUT OF ORDER as many other locations of the McDonald's chain in the city. If the manage to keep it clean not any other day but every day will be great otherwise for a mcdonald's they are so far the best in the city as for what mcdonald's have to offer.
Disgusting, they are definitely under staff, they should just close the rooms they can't manage. There's trash everywhere.Food: 2/5
One huge problem: you need to order from a machine and it was weirdly incredibly hard to find a Big Mac Meal. It required clicking through three levels. I searched in vain, then asked a customer beside me who also couldn't figure it out, before a third person finally found it.
What can you say about Maceedees. Came here in a desperate need for quick food and was underwhelmed. Service was slow despite ordering from console. The staff member eventually produced tea with no milk requiring me to ask for milk and engage in conversation with a barely sentient teenage staff member. The only seats were to be found wete amongst groups of neanderthal NEETS who can apparently spend hours mumbling menacing comments in a vain attempt to sound like budget street gangsters. But I was fed for less than€10.
Unbelievable... it was a disaster We had to wait for about 15 minutes and had to ask two times if they forgot our order. Additional there were some parts of the order were missing. And the atmosphere was very tend.Food: 3/5
