Foods good, but will get busy at lunch and dinner. The staff has always been very pleasant. I frequently go there and have not had any missing items.
The last couple of times I have been here the food is not hot. Went inside tonight figuring it woukd be hot. Ordered a bacon deluxe, burger was not hot. Cheese not melted and bun was cold like it came out of the freezer. Very disappointing.
Limited choice of ice cream. It was served somewhat soft and runny. Service was good and servers were congenial.
Went to Culver's for a scoop of the "flavor of the day". It was my favorite, Chocolate Heath Almond. I couldn't have been more disappointed. It was the smallest scoop I have ever received. In addition, there were hardly any heath pieces and the almonds were no place to be found.
Great frozen custard and we like the fish sandwich.
Helpful, patient staff during a lunch rush hour.
