It was clear they had several online orders the employees were filling as we stood at the counter without being acknowledged for several minutes. When we finally were asked to order we received one word questions, rice? Beans? Meat? Queso? Veggies? My son asked for a chicken and white rice bowl. This is what he got. My wife expressed to the employee filling the bowl, that my son would only be getting rice and meat. This is what he got.
Nope. My bowl was half full of food- it’s expensive to have a child’s size serving. I got chips and guac and my bag was half full with all broken chips couldn’t even scoop the guac. Our food was cold- that’s concerning for my wife who had a plate of chicken and shrimp. The place was literally disgusting- no clean tables. Overflowing trash sitting next to the booth we sat at. Food and garbage all over the floor and tables. I love qdoba but I’ll be going back to west bend the next time I want it. This was just straight up disgusting.
This QDoba was gross and unprofessional. Walking in, it just looked dirty, and the staff paid me no attention at first because they were too busy on their cell phones. While in line, I saw one of the workers dip her finger into the queso, while wearing a glove, and lick her finger without replacing the glove. That’s disgusting. Luckily she was not handling my food or I would have left. I got my order to-go and they didn’t give me silverware or napkins. It was also after 2pm, and I was the only person in there, so there was no excuse for it being “busy”. I will not be returning to this location. Clean up your store and manage your staff better.
The staff that has been working there the last few times I was in was extremely courteous and friendly. I used to exclusively eat at Chipotle but this Qdoba is conveniently located by the Costco/Aldi and has had some great additions to the menu recently.Food: 5/5
Is there even a reason to use the app when the employees don’t have your food done within the window they say they will and serve all the other people that come in after your order? Will not be ordering food again from here for a while as my time is valuable and shouldn’t be wasted because they aren’t putting timed orders as priority.
Order 2 of the same Steak bowls and 2 Steak Fajita Quesadilla Both bowls were to be made the same way. When I received the order, one bowl contained much less food versus the second one and barely any rice. If I just wanted to eat steak I would have just made a steak at home. It was pretty disappointing to see a family member have a bowl with much more food in theirs while I received child sized portions. Bad enough the quesadillas looked like an utter disaster.. I’ll skip Grafton location and drive the hour to Sheboygan location if it means getting proper portions and food that doesn’t look like it was just thrown.
There was a long line when we went there to visit. But staff kept customers moving at a very good pace. It didn't take long to get our food.
In the area , and stopped great service quick and fast and fresh and hot, great job! Very friendly staff, will be back.
I love calling ahead and just getting the different toppings and then building my own at home with my wife!
Food was good as always. I enjoy the flavors and the convenience of the pre made bowls.
