Incredibly rude staff. They never repeat your order or give you the total at the drive thru, and that helps mistakes happen. Today I received the worst Dunkin iced coffee I've ever had, and it seems like it would be hard to screw that up. Most of the chocolate on my boston cream donut ended up on the bottom of the bag toosee picture. They also rarely give receipts either. Stay away and get your coffee/breakfast anywhere else. From now on I'll be going out of my way to the Upton location
I go to this Dunkins location once every couple months when I am in the area for appointments and every time it’s some sort of disaster. This time was particularly bad as I ordered an avocado toast with tomatoes…and this is literally what was handed to me. I sent it back, saying how I have a dairy allergy and there is some suspicious white stuff on it that I assume to be butter or cream cheese, the lady Donna was so rude and tried to tell me that it was white sesame seeds! When I asked if she would like to see the pictures, I took, she originally said yes, then proceeded to say no because “ I am holding up the whole drive-through line with this ridiculous issue”. If you have allergies, do not go to this place because they do not take them even remotely seriously and even if you want your order right and/or to be treated like an human, I’d go elsewhere as well.
I had excellent service late at night going to pickup someone from the airport for 1AM by an older lady who was happy to be there which is rare nowadays - if anyone deserves a raise it's her. Whilst I'm not a regular at this location, it's still nice to have good customer service, and my wife and daughter appreciate the egg and bacon croissants very much.
Always a long wait and dirty dining room Last few times I've come in the afternoon I'm waiting 15 min for my food when it's not even busy. Waited in line inside for 5 minutes and the line just kept getting longer. Employees were hiding in the back only working drivethru . No sorry for the wait or anything. And only the men's room is available for customers. It's filthy.
This is by far the most disorganized dunkin I've been to. 50% success rate on getting orders right. They're rude. Non apologetic and I won't be coming back. I even tried raising with head office. That went no where and the branch never called back. Pick your game up dunkin.
Slowest dunks ever don't go unless you want to wait 10 minutes in the drive through. Also once you're in line you have no way out they have no second lane to exitFood: 2/5
How do you run out of donuts every Saturday and Sunday morning at 9 30 am? Get it together management. Never been to a McDonald's that ran out of hamburgers.

Terrible staff. Very inefficient when handling orders and take their sweet time making food. Only felt satisfied on certain days of the week when avoiding bots on the drive thru.
Horrible, horrible staff. I asked for two donuts got to the counter and it turns out they don’t even have any to sell yet, I then proceed to ask for the girl at the window to take it off my bill then as I did not want anything else, she then charges me for two donuts in which I did not get and didn’t see the charge till I returned back home. I had ordered a coffee that I did want, and the woman at the window was confused to why I was waiting, despite just taking my money, and never handing me anything. After I proceeded to say just the coffee I ordered and payed for, she made me give her the receipt as she was confused as if I had ordered anything at all! Difficult to understand how this is confusing as she had just taken my money and given me a final price… she then rudely handed me the coffee and walked away. Service is extremely rude and mistakes are constantly happening. Staff seriously needs a reality check.
