We ordered two different orders because they were for different people. We ordered a holiday pie and they did not tell us the wait was going to be over 20 minutes, the only reason we knew we were waiting for the pie was them yelling about just putting them in. Plus we heard snide remarks from Loren/Lauren who seemed to be in charge saying “it’s not my fault they had to wait” in a bi***y tone. Don’t order inside if you don’t want to wait over 20 minutes for a to go order.
Where do you begin. Orderd through Door Dash and the first order was completely wrong. Receipt on the bag was correct but nothing in the bag was right. Second order came, again Receipt was right but none of the special orders were made correct. Fries were mush, burgers tasted like old grease, and sodas were flat. This location has been going down hill for awhile now. Management needs to step up and correct the issues here or they might as well close the doors. I understand a mistake but to make it over and over is unacceptable.
I have not been into a McDonald's in many years, tonight I let my 8 year old pick where we would stop while we were running around, and here we are. I have to say this location had great service, friendly staff, clean everything, and the food was brought out to us completely, freshly made. We will certainly return here.Food: 5/5
I used the app for curbside pickup at 504. I had to call at 526. They brought a bag out that was put together when I ordered. So they gave me cold food. This is horribe and UNACCEPTABLE! Iwant a total refund. But they wont do it.Food: 1/5
It’s open whenever it feels like it, some days open at 1am some days closed at 11pm, no idea what the actual hours are. Would be nice if the screens turned off so you don’t sit there in the drive through wondering if they are busy cleaning or actually closed.
They really need to change their hours online. It says open 24 hours online. But they’re never open 24 hours. There’s always people there and when you pull up to the drive through thinking their open they just let you sit there. But they’ll answer the phone to tell you their not open when you call them. Please update your hours. It’s inconvenient
My kids love the Play Place! Great thing to do on a cold winter day. I don't care for the food or normal mediocre service, but that's not why we come. It's for the Play Place.Food: 3/5
Unfortunately VERY POOR service. Not professional... manager was a child with no caring for what was going on.... waited 15 minutes for a #5 while watching other people who were behind me in line get theirs??? NOT OK!! Truely if you want good food with good service, this IS NOT the place!Food: 3/5
They have you pay for for food and Don't have it in stocks!!! The manager was talking about me to the customer very unprofessional I'm sad that this is the second time I've had mc Donald's app and kiosk take my money giving Me nothing They asked me to order though the kiosk just to not refund me twice one fee $15 now 489 I will not be a loyal mc Donald's client
Well, it’s McDonald’s…. Food is always hot and fresh, staff is friendly. 4 stars as their parking lot is a nightmare and the outside of the building could use some sprucing upRecommended dishesChicken Mcnuggets
