The egg/cheese bagle tastes so good! I am not a coffee person but the cold brew coffee is good. The Cashier lady is really nice and patient.
First time customer. We were greeted by a friendly person behind the counter. He gave us good recommendations for the coffee and breakfast sandwiches. My lady tried the egg/cheese bagel with hummus and I had the sourdough egg/cheese sandwich. We both had the True Blue brew coffee. The sandwiches were absolutely perfect and the coffee was also. The presentation of the restaurant was clean and inviting as well. I give 5 out of 5 stars and would definitely enjoy having breakfast here again.
Very friendly service and delicious coffee. I order lox bagels from here and sometimes on my way to work I order iced lattes with oat-milk to-go. They are quick and I like that there’s an option to order online for pick-up ahead of time.Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes
Blue State is a nice small coffee shop for a morning stop on the way to the office. The menu is a bit limited, serving sizes are a little small, and while there is plenty of seating there is very little access to electrical outlets - not the best choice of place to work from. Staff are wonderful and food is good, so worth a stop despite these minor drawbacks.
Cute place, the outdoor seating made it a bonus for us as the weather was compliant. Bit of a wait to get our stuff but it wasn’t because of slow service, they were just busy. Looks like people know where to go!
Really good local coffee shop. It's nice to see it survive while the rest of downtown is disappearing Starbucks around the corner and BoA permanently closed. The setup is interesting. It looks like it used to be the lobby of a bank. The WiFi is great. 4 stars instead of 5 only because there is 1 plug in the whole place. Be sure to have your laptops charged before going or get lucky enough to get the one table near the plug.
Fantastic coffee shop. The coffee beans are wonderful and they made a great gift while visiting. I’ve made some of the best single-origin pour overs and espresso with their Ethiopian beans and can’t be happier. Will need to stock up on these soon!

Thankfully this store opened again. One of the good coffee stores in the downtown area which opens all 7 days.
Completed a pick up order through their website before heading out of town. Paid $45 for 4 coffees and 3 egg sandwiches. They forgot a breakfast sandwich in my order, but we didn’t realize until we were already on the road. The bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches on a bagel did not have much flavor and were dry. The cold brew was decent, but the hot coffee had no flavor. Would not return.
