Starbucks

Shout out to Hartford Starbucks this morning. The young lady taking our order and the lady serving our drinks served us with smiles and wonderful personalities. Thank you for making us smile through the drive thru

The staff here always goes above and beyond every time I come in. Great atmosphere and it’s always clean. One of the better Starbucks that I frequent

I love my local Starbucks the employees are so nice and have gotten to know me and what I order I’m sure it has nothing to do with going there everyday lol..& they actually spell my name right.

The Hartford location is great I've only been a few times but the few times I've gone they've been helpful. I've asked for suggestions on coffee and donut combo and Tara is great at that.

Love this store and everyone who works there!! I look forward to saying hi to this team every morning. Special shout-out to Sheri who never forgets to give my dog a pup-cup. And to the manager working this a.m. who literally stopped everything she was doing to find my mobile order I walked in about two seconds before it was set on the counter — I felt like a VIP. Definitely not necessary but very appreciated!

Was one of 9 ppl that had to wait over 30 min inside the store for coffe and still didn’t get it. They lost 2 mobile ordeeed and wasn’t until you asked when you order was going to come up would they work on it. The manager sat in their office instead of coming out. People were asking for their refunds and the workers didn’t know how to get. I watched a line to the street go through and still waited when the driving through was empty. No extra compensation free drink or anything but a half sorry

The staff is great, however, my experience with the drive-thru line is abysmal. Traffic moving towards the drive-thru line needs to be directed through the parking lot, in the very worst way.

I was surprised this place was bright and clean. Not dark and dull like most of the Starbucks in the area. And roomy not all cluttered like most stores. Let's keep it that way. Awesome long over due.

I must have gotten lucky, because I was in and out of the drive through in like 3 minutes! Very friendly staff and made my drink super fast. This was my first time at this specific Starbucks and it was great!

Since they've opened they've tried really hard on having good customer service. I've always had a nice experience and my coffee has been made how I like it. Now that they have plenty of staff its nice to see regular hours too.
