I'd go lower on the stars but they don't have negative stars. Slow as molasses in wintertime. I've gotten faster service at a sit down restaurant.
They have the greatest profits of their history AND shut down a ton of competition. So what do they do? Raise their prices and lessen their portions. Nice.
Stopped through drive-thru. Ordered my meal with no onions and a drink. I had to repeat my drink order 3 times. Got home and one sandwich had no onions and the other was loaded with onions. It never fails that people cannot get orders correct.
The attitude could have been without. my experience was unpleasant and rude. for some reason you have two Lanes but can only do one order at a time per vehicle. Felt that I was more a nuisance than a valued customer. I won't be back again.
I mobile ordered and had hot, fresh fries! Thank you!
