This is a cozy little place with friendly staff. I've never had a bad experience at this location. It always feels clean and well arranged. Food and drinks are always as ordered and any mistake that might happen is corrected and taken care of right away.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes
I came to biggby coffee on this wonderful autumn day in Holt. Little did I know, darkness was waiting. I received a 20 ounce cookie butter cold brew with cold foam and to my surprise, it was not stirred. Now, I’m not one to murder turtles so I didn’t ask for a straw. However, drastic measures still had to be taken for me to enjoy my drink. Yes. I’ll admit it. I made a stick into a shiv with my pocketknife as a makeshift stirrer. Honestly, it was a humbling experience. Did the barista set me up? Maybe. But I learned a valuable lesson today. Kill that turtle, get that straw.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Our drinks were great and you can tell they work hard to provide a good experience for their clients Kid-friendliness: They have drinks just for kids Parking: There's a parking lot right up front Dietary restrictions: They have all sorts of different kinds of options making it so that you can build your drink to your specifications, and avoid most allergies.
Don't expect much. All I wanted was a 10 oz cup of coffee. They took my money right away like any good contractor, but then sent me into a line to wait behind 12 whiny breakfast customers. 20 minutes for a cup of coffee is ridiculous. I'll never be back, and I'm sure they don't care.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: Yes
I currently work across the street and the environment is always super chill and friendly. Sometimes, before or after work, I have to wait for my boss to open or can't stay after to wait for my ride so being able to come and hang out in the winter without feeling like I am unwelcome always makes my day a bit better! If they get something wrong or even if you did because you did not understand they are kind and very accomodating! Edit 4/16/22 No longer work across the street. Still our favorite Bigby and baristas! Hear they're moving closer to our current jobs. Can't wait!
The ladies there were super nice and everything tasted great!! My only issue was that I pre-ordered online for pickup at 7:05 and I didn't walk out of Biggby until 7:25. If I pre-order its cuz I don't want to wait in line lol...other than that, its a great place! Horrible parking lot though, I busted my gas tank last time I went!
I came to Bigby on Easter Sunday with my grandson. Missy, Jen, Zoe and Taylor were the baristas working and they couldn’t have been more friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend this establishment!!
I love biggby but tried stopping by this location before work today and it was just an empty building now ? Has the location moved and not been updated or just closed permanently?
Always a favorite when I come to town. The staff are sweet and the place is clean. Social distancing and protocols are in place. Of course the coffee is the best in the country too! Sure wish we had a Bigby near me in Florida!
