Ordered online and I don't know what your experience has been, but it seems like the estimated time of pick, usually isn't real accurate. Not the case with Cottage Inn in Holt! My pizza and breadsticks were piping hot, fresh! And man, the crew inside were busting their butts! It was Friday night around 9pm and orders were just pouring in. When I picked up my order, the card reader was giving the cashier a little trouble but he kept his cool and helped the customer in front of me with a smile the whole time. You could see the teamwork going on in the back and that everyone was doing their part to pull together and keep the pizzas flying out of the oven. I was just overwhelming impressed with the quality of my pizza and the customer service I received. I eat out more than I care to admit, and these last few years, it is hard to find a place where the employees don't hate their jobs and let it show. So, if the owner/manager of this Cottage Inn is reading this, please! Take care of your employees! They handled a Very Busy Friday night like a well oiled machine and that my friend, is how you keep your customers happy.
Great pizza , great service, done b4 it was supposed to be.
Ordered a large 2 topping 16$ and it was with green peppers and mushrooms there where maybe 6 mushrooms on the whole pizza and Absolutely no green peppers disappointing
If you enjoy flavored crust don’t get your pizza here. I’ve placed 4 delivery orders here, all with flavored crust. 1 out of 4 orders actually had the flavored crust.
Great pizza every time. Doesn't matter what you get on it, your pizza will be awesome!
Forgot garlic cream cheese and there was maybe 6 pieces of sausage on my whole pizza. Called to complain and they wanted to credit me $20 but I was hungry and just wanted what I ordered. They wanted the pizza that was messed up back and wanted to give me attitude when I called to complain. This place needs better management or just to pay attention to what they are doing. Its not rocket science, just common sense which a lot of people lack I guess
Cheese pizza was mostly bubbled up bread and then slathered in butter not their normal pizza. Cheese bread was much smaller than usual. Wasted money really. When I pointed it out, I got the SOL look.
I ordered a thin crust BLT with sesame seeds from Grub Hub. The order went to Cottage Inn as a thick crust cheese pizza. I called the store to let them know because this was the third time. Cottage in replaced it with no additional charge and I had it within 30 minutes. Thank you so much!
Breadsticks were raw in the middle. Both breadsticks and pizza weren't cut through. Very disappointed.
Great food, try not to get to him after 8:00 on a Saturday it'll take a little longer but man their meat lovers are price Buster pizzas amazing
