This was one of the best experiences I have ever had at taco bell. Person working the drive thru up sold us to a large for 10cent more plus suggested a box witch saved me 12$ on order. Also everything was fresh off the line.Food: 5/5
I ordered the $5 breakfast box online and the sausage crunch wrap was delicious! You get the wrap, a hasbrown and 2 cinna delights! A lot of food for $5!! Definitely worth it!
I went through the drive thru around 7:30 am this morning to grab breakfast before work. After sitting at the drive thru for almost 5 minutes, I looked them up on google to find out they changed their hours 3 weeks ago and now open at 8 am. What’s the point of offering breakfast if you don’t open until most people have to be to work in the morning?
Ordered a Beefy Melt Burrito and asked for extra beef and extra nacho cheese. Got charged for the modifications. The pathetic excuse for a burrito I received was ridiculous. It didn’t even have the crunchy tortilla strips in it, there was basically no beef, and almost no nacho cheese. It was mostly rice with a TINY bit of nacho cheese and maybe a bite’s worth of beef. Highly unsatisfied and will most likely never return to this location as it was not the first time I’ve had ridiculous order issues with them. ESPECIALLY for when they’re NOT busy.
Whole order was entirely wrong. Was not 1 car in line when we pulled in. Girl at the window had no customer service, was worried about laughing and talking to other people instead. Very upsetting
Got threatened by an employee who wasn’t working the drive thru and was rude towards me! Not to mention a couple of weeks ago while I was going through the drive through and they couldn’t take my order because an employee just had got arrested while at work and could take my order because they were short staffed after that!Food: 1/5
Pulled up middle of day with two cars in drive thru. Was told not taking orders as they were busy I asked for clarification and a manager yelled if I wanna drive around a few times until they are ready? What? F@$k you
ordered 2 Double Steak Grilled Cheese burritos with no rice i’m allergic and received both with extra rice on them, and no red strips.
This used to be the good one. Now I can’t get a single right order. Have had something wrong or missing the last 4 times. Really hoping something changes.
Slow always so slow to get drive thru. 20 min wait. 2 cars ahead of me, also was told the cant give me a soda with my meal. Sat at the window for 5 minutes and watched employee draw on the stainless Countertop.
