Great location, clean, bright, and inviting inside. Everything my family and I ordered was absolutely delicious! And we were so surprised because of the high nutrition level as well. I tried the banana caramel protein waffle, incredible! Over 20 grams of protein and hardly any sugar at all, but you'd never know it! When the kids are loving it, getting Super Nutrition, but with the pure indulgent taste and texture of a milkshake, home run! We even compared their traditional whey protein with their vegan protein option and both were fantastic. Will definitely be back!

Initial review 5 of 5 stars: Fantastic customer service! Food was soooo good. Almost everything can be made vegan! Lots of good options Update 10/4/2020 3 of 5 stars: Today I found out the waffles are not vegan because of the base mix. The person I talked to a couple weeks ago must not have known that. Really upsetting to find that out afterwards. Also if you care about not having honey, be sure to check on that, their main protein powder has honey in it, not sure what else. As much as I enjoy the açaí bowls and shakes here, I don’t know if I’m going to be coming back again if I can’t be certain of what is in the different mixes.

Always a good experience with good people. Always feel so free when I go in there in a world where you can feel so trapped. The açaí bowl is my favorite!!!! I always like the extra granola!!

Sol Nutrition is seriously the BEST Shake place in town in Port orchard not very many nice places to choose from and wow just was astounded how amazing the shakes taste, how many flavors and options there are. Have you tried their acai bowl just loaded with protein and nutritious amazingness. The owners of this store care greatly about their customers and are so kind to accommodate to your likings. Cool place to hang out and work in too. This place rocks!. So excited to come here every week, work and enjoy the peaceful environment too.

Sol has an amazingly refreshing quality to both its atmosphere and food/drinks! The teas help me focus and provide me clean energy for the day and the protein shakes are wonderful, healthy meal replacements! Everything I have tried has been super tasty and I can hardly keep myself from going every day! I've gone 3 times this week already and that should speak for itself! You have to try them out!

I've gone twice in a 3 day period. I am hooked!! I cant get enough of them. They're shakes and teas are fantastic. I havent tried anything else yet because I'm obsessed with their shake and tea flavors. Will be trying something else on the menu very soon

Been going to Sōl Nutrition downtown in Port orchard here and there since they opened, I've had a few of their lifted teas, a protein waffle, shake and acai bowl and I would recommend everything! 10/10, after a hike or for someone like myself who doesn't drink soda, energy drinks, coffee or are just looking for a healthier alternative, this place is great and a much needed destination for Port orchard. the staff is always super friendly, knowledgeable and have good recommendations on what to order if you have and conflicting thoughts. I look forward to sōl nutrition having alot of success

UPDATED: I’ve been back since these first two visits and I’m pleased to say how wrong I was about this place. The shakes I’ve gotten have been amazing! The staff have been so nice and friendly! Might’ve just been first few months they needed to get their glitches fixed, but I am hooked! Have been here twice now. I LOVE Grand in Gig Harbor and was excited that Sol opened online Port Orchard since I’m there every weekend. Was pretty disappointed though given my experience with Grand... The shakes are okay. The base tastes like pound cake, and then whatever flavor you get is very minimal. Also, don’t have that large of a selection of flavors, so they all seem to taste the same. They have a plant-based option which I love the concept of but still the flavor to protein powder ratio is way off. Shakes were also pretty chalky compared to Grand. The staff have been hot and cold to me. The first visit the woman was nice but didn’t engage with me much. The second visit the woman wasn’t nice and really gave me some mean vibes. She didn’t say much to me when I got to the counter to order didn’t ask if I had been there before, or what I wanted and just said, “here’s your shake,” when it was done. Probably won’t go back, love the concept but still a few major issues they need to addres.

You are instantly greeted when you walk in and they are so helpful with all of my questions every time I go in. Haven’t had anything I didn’t like! Great owners and staff. Would recommend to everyone! They have amazing teas, shakes, açaí bowls, and so much more!!

Sol has got Soul!! What an incredible concept! This really is a beautiful place to hangout and grab something healthy. I’ve had many smoothies and I’m usually somewhat disappointed but the one I had today was the best I’ve ever had. I still have energy from the tea too. If you pass up this place you are truly missing out.
