I came here like I do all the time. I have a person with a sensory disorder. He needs really crispy almost burnt fries. The first time they did not tell the fry cook it was well done. The second one they brought out in a rush and said opps they didn't tell me well done. They were still not done. I called back and told them it wasn't done enough and I got so much attitude and snarky comments "you want me to cook them for 15 minutes" " wr just changed our oil". The oil changes only changes the color not the crisp. Very unprofessional. They use to do them right the first time, and now I get attitude when they didn't do it right.
Very disappointed with this place as I got a moldy chicken nugget. The service was not good at all and the atmosphere was horrible because it was a huge mess because every single table was messy and had crumbs everywhere. Not only that the staff were practically screaming at each other which was not fun to listen to. I do not plan on coming back here until you guys take better care of your place and fix the moldy/raw food problem
This location used to be great. But now your stuck waiting even if its just order a cheese burger and drink. Tonight straight killed it for me. Like late night jack in the box killed it. I show up at 8:10 pm was able to get right to the box to order cool. Not alot of cars not to busy. After almost 20 minutes of waiting just to pay for my food I get to the window for my food. Receipt is time stamped from running my card st 8:29. They handed my drinks and asked me to pull in to spot one. Tell me why I waited another 20 minutes for my food? Why was it cold and missing 2 items? I walked up to the door knowing it was locked just to ask for the missing items they said go back through the drive through. After I already waited for 40 minutes I decided to call. After a complete ring through and a hater buttoned they answered and brought me what was missed. Also cold. Get home and not only is the food cold but the order was still wrong. I gave yall alot of chances and hopes because the location used to be great. But I'm kinda done. Don't worry I won't fill out the survey on the recipt. Gotta keep those scores up.
Always packed. I had an online order and they failed to tell me they weren't giving me my milkshakes....but apparently it was okay because they gave me a few free pies. UNACCEPTABLE. After waiting in line for 25mins. It was a-- Let's hurry up and get rid of the customer and hopefully they won't wanna be stuck in another line of cars for 30mins to ask to correct the issue. They handed me the bag and walked away. Either they didn't hear me or they ignored me when I asked if everything was there. I found it extremely sneaky that they didn't wanna tell me until I came back to complain. This happened after 10:30pm. Beware of the blonde that works both windows. She doesn't care. They just want you to hurry up and go away. TELL ME YOU DON'T HAVE SOMETHING AS WE COMMUNICATE THRU THE SPEAKER. It isn't hard.
Look my first raw McDonald's cheeseburger!! Yum.. Update: Decided to get breakfast and it's clear whatever they're cooking on isn't quite finishing the job or something, most items are undercooked. One of 3 biscuits are not done, the sausages are barely warm, and I got shorted an apple fritter. No excuses for the mistake I've made coming back. Cashier was very friendly, I'll miss her... 1 hour later and my stomach is killing me eating one sausage biscuit
Lazy service my food is thrown in the bag and I asked for extra salt on my fries and they threw salt packets in the bag instead of salting my fries. I was given some excuse about they are not allowed to but I alway get them that way.
Hey us doordashers are helping your business at least post a sign and just let us in lobby easy duh like the other McDonald's are making bank but not you:p Ps the staff was very nice and professional they Rock! but Corporate freaking Sux.
I can understand having an order screwed up every once in a while as nothing is perfect,but to have it happen almost every other ordereven before the pandemic....... that's a big no no,bonney lake location needs retooling.
On a previous visit my order was incorrect...they said I could come in and get it replaced at a later date...well here I am and the manager Analisha was SOOO KIND!...not only did she quickly get the incorrect items replaced but then didn't charge me for the couple additional items I ordered!...said it could at least pay for the gas it took to come back...I have had VERY GOOD service at this location!...
Got a McDouble today with a bite taken from one of the patties. Wife called and the manager politely denied that it happened or could have happened. Manager indicated that the patty was probably ripped and a new emoyee thought it was ok to use. I'll let the public decide. It clearly has teeth marks and is in the shape of a mouth. Check your orders folks.
