Food was old, burnt and soggy. Service was awful. Everyone working was a teenager more interested in talking than serving customers. Can excuse the service. But the food was the worst I ever had from chick FIL a. Worse than McDonald's. This franchise is honestly garbage.chicken strips were old and burned. Fries were old and soggy. Seriously, what is wrong with the manager here? Completely ripped off, waste of $25
I go to this location regularly. The staff has always been very kind and seem to be very happy. On rare occasions, the food has been cold or dry but very rarely. The managers are THE kindest people! Any time I have EVER said there was an issue, they ALWAYS make it right. I catered my husband's birthday with this location, and because they were a few minutes late on the time, they gave me a bunch of freebies. We love this place and they have lots of healthy options too!
This is a particularly nice Chick-fil-A. Very roomy and maintained even better than most of their restaurants. Chicken Cobb salad with Guacamole Lime dressing was very good. Fries were fresh and hot. Chicken sandwich was very good. Well done!
Food is alright. Wait times are very long. You will always be waiting another 5-10minutes AFTER you get your food for the slow person in front to leave. The staff always have a little cult like attitude which is very weird. They say stuff like "it's been my pleasure". You are working a miserable job. The last thing I need is the staff lying to me that they are enjoying being a wage slave.
My family is vegan so we only get fries here, but we will say those fries are amazing! If you have time, run by Red Robin to grab their fry seasoning and put them on you chick fila fries, SO GOOD!!Food: 5/5
25 minutes of waiting later and every car behind us coming and going. We finally parked and went in and grabbed our food, only they missed two items and almost forgot to give us drinks. Also no sauces which isn’t as bad but still disappointing considering everyone asked for some
Wonderful customer service! Sara went above and beyond to correct an order that was not correct. She listened to my concerns and quickly offered to replace my order. It was ready within minutes. She could have easily told me sorry and moved on but she didn't. She made sure I was happy. When I went in to pick up the order she thanked me again for sharing concerns and holding them accountable for their service. You don't see this type of customer service these days. Way to go Sara!
First timer at Chick-fil-A tourist from Europe we ordered to take out yesterday and were amazed by the very friendly young cashier as well the kind way to communicate between the staff. That and the good tasty food made us go there before we continued our road trip. This time Emily served us which was a experience we will not forget, in the absolute best way possible. A absolute joy of a person to talk with. Very kind and professional! Thank you for the nice talk and amazon experience!
Emily who I can only assume is a manager is an absolute gem. The restaurant is immaculate. Every staff member that we encountered was friendly and professional.The food was very fresh and our order came out very quickly.
This location is great. Never have had a problem. They have great breakfast too. Great service all around even with custom orders and everything. Nice and hot food tooooo.
