Bigfoot Java

We’ve had a great experience every time. Recently got a Christmas seasonal drink and it was delicious! We like getting the strawberry little foots for the kids, too. Kid-friendliness: They offer a few kid friendly drinks as well as smoothies! Wheelchair accessibility: It’s a drive up coffee stand but you can also walk/wheel up!

The drinks are always good and they provide a sugar free option with choices. The service is very slow and if there is more than a car or two expect a atleast a 15 min wait. The menu sign needs to be updated but they have has a sign saying a new one was coming for about 2 years now. It is great that you get a free drink of anything you want anny size after you buy 10. Amazing perk!! But make sure they enter your phone number for the points as alot of the time they forget to ask and you miss out.

Stopped by Bigfoot today for coffee. Worst crew ever! Absolutely rude! Someone had pulled into the drive through backwards, so I went to the other side, which had one vehicle in it. As I was waiting, which seemed to be a long time. The backwards vehicle left. Before I could move another car came around and took the open spot, getting well ahead of the no progress I was making and immediately ordered. The car in front of me still wasn't moving. So I approached the window to tell them I had been waiting a long time and the other car just got ahead of me, and the barista told me not to come inside the the kiosk, which I had no intention of doing, and said so. She then told me to go away and shut the window. I went back to the car and waited to pull forward. She refused to open the window and refused to serve us after a long wait. I will never come to this store again! I can't believe would do thus to a customer. I'm livid!

I really like this place but just recently got my SECOND defective lid, that caused me such a huge mess it isn't funny. I had my mythical mocha allllll over myself, my car, my car seat, seat belt, etc. Same thing happened last summer!! And the thing is, when the jacked up lid pops up because it doesn't fit right... you don't just 'make it work' because it's holding in whipped cream. Trying to hold a broken and spilling everywhere cup while you're driving is NOT fun.

These little drive-thrus are so cute! Each one we went to was in a gas station parking lot, which was interesting. Not sure if they are all 24 hours, but this one was so that was convenient. We like coffee at all hours. The coffee was great, and the service was as well. I had the Mythical Mocha, blended, and it was perfectly sweet. We giggled at the names of some of the drinks, very entertaining.

The last few times I have been to this location it has been an incredibly long wait and from what I can tell it's from the staff not really caring about the lines.Food: 3/5

6-11-22 @ 9:15 their card reader was malfunctioning. Made me wait 20 min to tell me its down and they won't comp my coffee for wasting an hour of my time. Line plus reader wait. Loyal customer decades and this is how you do me? Never again.

Always love the espresso here, had a strange encounter last time I was there. I asked for a cup of water with my order and was told 'They don't do water, the gas station sells bottles'. Only feel this way about Bonney Lake location, have always had great service and coffee otherwise.

Usually don't have any issues at this location, but our order had problems. Asked for a 32 oz, confirmed 32 oz, then got a 24 oz. Asked for white coffee, got regular. Didn't even ask for phone number. Really disappointing experience overall.
