I’m not going to get Chipotle for a while now. Last week I ordered three veggie bowls and and I found pieces of meat in two of the bowls. This was really disappointing because I love Chipotle! I was able to get a refund. This location needs to do something about their constant cross-contamination because it could cause serious health hazards for some people!! Vegetarian options: Their options can be vegetarian but apparently only when they feel like it!!
The bowls are great and the staff is friendly. The new pollo asado is delicious. Update: each time I go the chicken has more fat on it. Now I eat sofritas.Food: 5/5
My favorite place ever.. always get high quality food, and service. Staff are always friendly and happy to help. I've have had a couple times where I received the wrong order, but the staff is always very apologetic and strive to correct the issue. I still continue to come back.Food: 5/5

This location is horribly understaffed. All tables were dirty. The trash was overflowing. One woman was doing everything up front. One guy was cooking. The food is typical chipotle, but the store is falling apart.Recommended dishesBurrito Bowl

The place was dirty. Floors unclean with food debre all over. It seems that they do not wipe the counter much that they make your food on. Alll garbage cans full. Food fair. Food containers had food in them from other containers. Never been before, not going back.Food: 2/5
Hit or miss here. Also it’s messy!! Old food debris from many customers all over the prep area Is that not a health code issue?
I have been here several times and have always had excellent service and consistently good food. One of our favorite lunch spots in Bonney Lake.
Pick up an order this evening and half of my burrito bowl was missing and look like some just throw the ingredients into the bowl. Very disappointed that I didn’t get what I paid for.
