This place has the best foods specially the best paratha i have ever had in manitoba ….. i dine in quite often but i always devour in the yumminess of the food and forget to take picture …. So i decided i should rate this place so more people can come and try this good food…. And the bonus is The service and the chef is amazing too…. More to add always fresh food, always taste is amazing, i haven’t found anything in the menu that tastes bad….yet…
We had a wonderful date night here! The food is delicious. We ordered the samosas, butter chicken, beef masala, and parotta. Everything tasted so amazing and packed with flavour! Absolutely love dipping the parotta into the butter chicken sauce! The chef and server were super nice, and explained the menu and made recommendations. We will definitely be going back for another date night!
We visited this place after seeing Google reviews. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, and tasty food. There were few items available in addition to what was listed in the menu. An authentic dish like masala Dosa was recommended by our server. We finished off with a mint lime.Food: 5/5
We were here as group of 7. We all ordered different dishes. Every single one of them were prepared to perfection. All the dishes tasted amazing. The service was prompt and friendly. At the end of service chef came out personally to check how the overall experience was. Would definitely recommend if one would like go for authentic South Indian cuisine experience.
Tried dosa and idli which tastes good specially the coconut chutney. The only complaint was regarding the water glasses which looks pretty dirty. Asked the server to clean the glasses but still they were the same.Recommended dishesMysore Masala Dosa
The spices, texture and flavours were absolutely delicious! Everyone working at MC’s Curry was very friendly and helpful with suggestions on the menu. Why haven’t I tried this neighbourhood gem sooner?! I will definitely be back again. Vegetarian options: Plenty of delicious vegetarian options. Parking: Lots of parking.
Good different than the rest. I absolutely loved the beef masala and the buttered chicken with parotta. Will keep coming back to this place!
I had ordered food for 40 adults and 18 kids. The food quality and quantities were perfect. Every guests enjoyed the food and appreciated the taste and quality. The price was also very optimal. Special thanks to Reji for his service and delivering everything on time and at the best price in Winnipeg. I highly recommend MC curry for Winnipeg. Vegetarian options: Had delicious vegetarian entries and suppers. Kid-friendliness: Spice level for the food and their taste was really liked by the kids. They did not waste anything and finished their portion in no time.
The ambiance is fantastic it gives a feeling of a coastal restaurant in India. The food is authentic and delicious. I was recommended to have beef curry with Parotta as this is there speciality so do try this. I tried Bamboo chicken Biryani and it was awesome. The owner and staff are super friendly and great hosts. Thank you for making us feel at home. Would definitely comeback and bring more folks. Highly recommend the different lime juices Mint lime goes well after any food.
Amazing food, great prices but the best thing is undoubtedly the service and their customer oriented attitude ! Reji chef is an expert in South Indian cuisine and if one of the few chefs in today’s time who still tries to ensure every customer is satisfied. The staff as well are receptive to feedback and try their best to prepare the food according to the customer’s liking. It is rare to see a restaurant with amazing food and such humble staff. I visited with my wife today and had the Biryani and appam, and we loved it ! Highly recommend the biryani and any other Malabar dishes! I visited this place a few years ago before Covid-19 and it is refreshing to see a restaurant which is still maintaining the same food quality in a post COvid world .
