Awful, these people are evil, inhuman and shouldn't be doing medicine. I came for an appointment in Dunsmuir location on a cold rainy day and their waiting room was overheated to almost 80F with little oxygen left in the air. I soon started to have trouble breathing and got lightheaded, I have asthma, not to mention I wasn't dressed like for summer day (the way they all were dressed) it being late fall. When I tried to open the door to get some air, they told me to close it, even though I was in that room alone, and wouldn't let me air the space; these inhuman, hateful bigots had told me to stand outside for 15 minutes or sit in my car, or leave. Their ignorant "doctor" actually came out into the waiting room and said *he* was not uncomfortable (at that time room was already partially aired by me opening the door earlier) and told me to leave if I don't like the air. Such persons shouldn't be allowed anywhere near medicine.

I went to this clinic years ago and... it was well run. Now it's poorly run. Long wait in exam rooms, distracted staff (Doctor) and a loud TV in the lobby room while waiting for a not very focused Doctor. However, I'm sure the medical bill will reflect the best care money can buy.
