After moving to the area from Kentucky, and after a considerable amount of research, the love of my life and I chose to have his complicated spinal surgeries done here... zero regrets! An outstanding and friendly staff coupled with an amazing surgeon (Dr. Glen O'Sullivan), and the beauty that surrounds this entire community, well... probably one of the best decisions we've ever made. Thank you for all you've done to make us feel like more than just another patient in a bed - this is indeed, a special place with special people!

Outstanding and very solicitous staff and a quick, successful cataract procedure for my 83 year old brother left me very impressed and grateful for this Medical Care facility in the Mt. Shasta area.  Thank you, Nurses Karen (Surgery Prep), Serena Ackerman (Anaesthesia) and Tonia (Outpatient services) and Doctors and staff whose names I did not have time to record ( on the back of my hand)!

You all were extremely courteous, kind and helpful.  Blessings to all of you.

This place and the staff are amazing. My daughter was admitted when she had a high fever and extreme stomach pain all of her tests were coming back negative the doctors went out of their way to figure out what was wrong with her and the Rn nurses as well as everyone else went out of their way to make her as comfortable as possible... Cory who is a RN was absolutely the best he was so amazing and made my little girl smile as much as he could considering how bad she felt and went out of his way to explain everything he could to me... I just love, the love this staff shares with everyone...ty so much forever grateful♡♡♡

This was my primary care center for almost 15 years, The Doctor's here say their Christian but I find this hard to believe after the way I was treated. When you go to your doctor concerned about something you'd hope they would be concerned also? Assumptions about a patient or perceptions should be left out of the equation. Multiple visits concerned about vision, balance, migraines, cognitive issues, and even hallucinations. The response I got was a phone call my my Doctor telling me that he felt I was faking it / Malingering although he used the words for compensatory reasons. Why would a Doctor of all people purposely cause harm to a patient like that unless they could really prove it! "Unconscionable" I'm not a LIAR! Of course I found a new doctor who could actually listen and be concerned. Diagnosis "Lewy Body Dementia!" I DESERVE at the very least an apology  from the attending doctors who treated me. Oh and god forbid if you ask for Disability, because according to them if you can crawl you can clean floors for a living. Horrible, Heartless, Doctors. S.O.A.P. stands for Subjective, Objective, Assess, and Prescribe not have some preconceived agenda about someone. VERY DANGEROUS not only for the patient but the doctor also.

The OB girls are awesome .  Had our last two baby's here and they are the best.   They have some of the most caring loving staff around .   Dr Ramas is the beat doctor I have ever had.  She is so loving and just awesome.  She will be missed.  So sad that she left . The OB nurses are the best .  One if the lady's Mechelle is the sweetest most kind loving woman around.  So lucky she is in the OB.   The staff is the best.   Thank you
