MBS Moving

I had a bad experience with this company. My family used this company for moving in July 2016. Although, the owner and workers were pleasant to deal with, they were not efficient with their work. They were extremely slow with the move, so much so, that I had to assist to move things along. Part-way through the move, this company reversed their truck and damaged the eavestrough of my new house. The owner Mike said that he would repair the damage and preferred not to go through insurance (please note that MBS Moving claims to be fully insured). I agreed to this as long as the damage was fixed. I even paid them in full for the move. It has now been three months since the move and the damage has not been properly fixed. At this point the owner is not returning my calls. When I checked to see if MBS was insured I was not able to find any record of insurance of any kind, not even WSIB. Please be weary when considering this company. Their actions have caused my family great duress.
