I like living in your properties at Beverly Hills but please replace current construction company I call it "Kijiji Handymen Co." they are just playing with construction and repair at this property at Beverly Hills Apt. Its more than a year still no one clear when they are gonna finish their open ended work project. If this was true company not Kijiji Handymen Co." then they should have displayed a sign board in the main lobby date of completion of this project now they are using delaying tactics repairing one area again and again the front gate area is confusing tenants don't know what these Kijiji Handymen doing at Beverly Hills. The indoor parking is the same dirty water leakage dirty parking spots after more than a year of so called construction. Why did not Effort Trust gave this contract to a proper construction company instead of contacting someone in Kijiji for this job to have displayed time frame with complete date of this construction job. Plz pay attention to this issue it is ruining your reputation check comments and reviews at Beverly Hills website. Who owns this property he should wake up and check on this construction work and this Kijiji Co. They are doing it in pieces in installments. Plz call another company to give us a time frame. On one hand Effort Trust increasing rent for apartments while you call in such incompetent unskilled untrained construction company now more than a year and we are heading towards another winter while we park car outside. Plz take action and someone should send this review to Effort Trust Chairman or owner hope he is not enjoying time and let live tenants in this condition. He should take responsibility. Also Beverly Hills should have opened its swimming pool this year but it remained dirty. There is no safety procedures for this Kijiji company during construction they use all elevators with tenants exposing tenants to risky environment..

Always a pleasure. Personally ive not visited the inside but i love the patio season. I had the lemon pepper wings, amazing. If you can handle the heat, i recommend their habanero pepper sauce but i cannot remember the name. 10/10 would come back again.

Affordable rental apartments and houses provided in almost all of the Hamilton. Best for students.
