Maverik Adventure's First Stop

Three of my family’s vehicles were towed after we’ve parked here for the 4th of July for years without any issues. We would have gladly parked somewhere else if there had been signs posted.nnThe tow truck driver told us the property’s parking signs had been stolen the night before, so there was little to no notice that towing would be enforced. To make matters worse, employees were standing outside laughing and watching people get their vehicles towed instead of warning anyone.nnWe ended up paying $1,140 just to get our vehicles back. This entire situation was handled poorly and could have been avoided with proper communication.nnI’ll be contacting corporate to file a formal complaint and will also be exploring my legal options.

As a maverick customer my whole life this store is the worst. The soda fountain is always broken or out of flavors. I have been told it is something in the water but if that where the case then why doesn't every other store in town have the same issue. And the gas pumps are always having work done on them. If it weren't for a couple of the staff I would probably never go there.

Went in there lil after 11 pm, there was a line all the way to the ice cream cooler and Louisa was the only one working, I understand being overwhelmed but being snappy and not wanting to move from the register to confirm age at the self check out then not wanting to fix the self check out, so others can use it and not wanting to fix the card reader so we can put our # in for our points and free-bee is wrong on all levels, we finally were leaving and to a BIG surprise her coworker was outside smoking with a group of friends, kind of shitty when ones having the time of her life while other is stuck at register fighting with her life not to cry..

Great coffee and food selection. Bathrooms were clean. And it looks nice and inviting.
