They were nice and patient, stayed longer then necessary to help us cancel and get our numbers to the new phone, the issue was at first the regional manager Jared said they were doing a promotion of buy one get one free for an I phone 8 plus when we were checking out we discovered they were 7 plus which was ok for me but not my wife, she got the iPhone 8 plus so good we understood the bill even though it was a little more then we expected. On paper Jared wrote 7 plus but we didn't discover that until after we looked. The issue is when they said buy one get one free I didn't read the contract which was my fault I admit that, but buy one get one free means to me that we own the phones after the contract is up, but no, you have the option of buying the phone 167.50 or so for the iPhone 7 plus and 199 for the I phone 8 plus, no mention of leasing it was mentioned so just FYI for anyone to read and ask questions

these guys really went above and beyond to get my whole family set up with them on a good plan with huge savings over Verizon... they also got us lots of goodies in the process...if you're tired of paying too much to Verizon, please give Sprint in Burley a visit
