Stopped at this A & W for a quick bite to eat. I watched the staff hand a guy his order while ours was cooking. He left the store, but came back in a few minutes later with a burger. He told them he received the wrong burger. The girls at the counter laughed and said "Yeah, i handed you the wrong one. Here's yours." As i stood there watching after the guy left, I watched the girl stand there with the returned burger in her hand talking quietly to her co-worker. Instead of throwing the burger out, she shrugged, giggled and put it back on the warmer. A few minutes later, i watched her put that burger in my bag to go!!!!!!! So wrong in so many ways. Will report this store and never return. Beware!!!! Unprofessional and unsafe food service!!!!!
