I would give this store a negative rating if I could. I bought a basic double mattress from them since it was for a bed in the guest room and would not be used much. It was cheap and I understand you get what you pay for. However, I did not expect how exceptionally bad this mattress would be. From the very first night, there are springs poking into your body everywhere leaving you sore and without a good nights sleep. Of course, the return policy is original packaging AND a restocking fee making a return impossible. I emailed the company and didn't even get so much as a sorry in response. I would steer clear of this store. You can get better mattresses for about the same price if you shop around. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry, got sucked in and wasted my money.

After purchasing the first mattress for myself and my kids finding out how comfortable the memory foam mattress was they begged me to replace their Mattresses. So I bought two more doubles and couldn't be happier! They're solid mattresses for a great price - and backed by the great service you'll get at this place! Definitely go in and check out this alternative to the big-ass mattress stores - you'll be happy you did!

My experience with Mattresses R Us was quite exceptional. If you're not in the mood to read much, then all you need to know that if you're in the market for a new mattress, do yourself a favour and come check this place out before going to any of the other stores you see on every corner here in Calgary. You'll find that the service and quality of products offered is above and beyond what you'll find at other places. On top of that the prices are exceptional. They offer a selection various mattresses that you may or may not have heard of, but you'll be glad to have learned about after you try them. The sales associate Ed is not only extremely helpful and knowledgeable in their products and that of their competitors, but also well-experienced in helping people find a mattress that fits their individual sleep needs. When I walked in he took his time in helping me find out what I was looking for and what would be best for me. Further he went into detail on where the mattresses were made. What impressed me the most was there was no pressure to make a purchase. I've been using the gel memory mattress I purchased from them for about a month now, and compared to my previous mattress Sealy, there is no competition. and the price was really fair I have found that I fall asleep much faster, I feel more rested in the morning and ,best of all, I don't feel like I'm baking in an oven a few minutes after laying in bed. Save your time, This is definitely the place to go if you're in the market for a new mattress.

Horrible experience with Mattresses R Us located at Suit 10 2015 32 ave NE Calgary. This business does not do fair trading. This company told me before I made my purchase that I had 7 days to return the item so long as it was still in the bag. I ended up not going forth with the purchase, the merchandise had NOT left the store. They still have it. I asked for a refund and they would not give me my money back. I had to call my visa to get the money back. They also lied to my visa company stating that I had not contacted them to notify them I wanted to return the bed. That was a lie. I called several times before I got my bank involved, trying to give them a chance before flagging their business. These people are crooks. This is still an on-going situation of trying to get my money back. I do not recommend this place.

This was my first and last stop for the hunt of a perfect bed. They obviously have unique beds for sure. Looked for them everywhere but couldn't't find the one i liked in mattress r us. So back here. Really happy with my purchase. Free warranty option is a great Christmas gift. Yas was also very friendly and accommodating. Hope to be back here for my next one too. Will recommend to anyone 10/10.

Very upset with the service, bought a bed 2 weeks ago still under 14 days exchange and warranty for 10 years. I have major back issues and thought buying a brand new bed would help me out. Tried to give it the time to adjust to the new bed and still woke in pain. Bought the matress protector and all. Spent in total $600. I was blown away by the prices they were worth the 2 hour trip to Calgary but when I brought the bed back to try and exchange or refund I was told I wasn't aloud to because the plastic was removed. I was not told that if the plastic was removed it wasn't aloud to be refunded or exchanged, they didn't even try and reason with me at all. Quite rude when she told me I couldn't exchange and that she didn't know how. Told me I should have called first before driving from out of town and wasting my fuel. So just in case anyone else needs to return or exchange make sure you sleep on the flippin plastic for the time you have the bed. If I could give 0 stars I would have.

Excellent quality for the best prices by far!!! I Definitely recommend checking them out before you buy your next mattress. The whole experience was great - the guys are very knowledgable and NOT pushy like those other stores.

This was store #3 on the hunt for the perfect mattress .....I wished I would have gone here first and saved ourself the aggravation and hassle! The staff was amazing, but not pushy or overbearing. They gave us our space to do our thing but we’re there to help when we needed it! We found the perfect mattress in a stress free environment and our experience couldn’t have been more positive!

So disappointed with this place! My fiancee went to purchase a mattress there a week ago and the sales guy told him I called him and he remembered that I asked for a firm mattress, which I did not do or say that, however even if I did how many people call in there everyday? How would he know who called did he get a name? No, however my fiancee bought the firm and of course when it was delivered the delivery guys wouldn't bring it into the house. I was able to get it set up a couple days after and then when I laid on it and found it wasn't soft I emailed my fiancee and we both went in person to the store and they said it was no problem to do an exchange as long as the plastic was still on! I wasn't told this by this so-called salesman that had a conversation with me and somehow was able to convince my fiancee that it was a firm mattress and now for the first time I hear that the plastic was supposed to be on and no exchange?! The manager got involved and said it was no problem to exchange for the cheaper mattress we'd loose $500.00 and had to pay another $100.00 for them to even take it back. So we planned to have it exchanged today and they called later in the day to tell us that they changed their minds and can no longer take it back. So in my opinion spend your $1300.00 in another place, they do not take care of their customers even after they lie to them to get the sale.

If only theres an option to give this shop 0 then I will choose that. We went at this shop to purchase our beds and matressess. Two bunk beds, 4 twin matressess, king bed frame and king mattress. They said we have to wait for 8-12 weeks but it was been delayed for 4 weeks and 6 days. I keep calling them for an update. Then they make a deal as I was so upset taking it that long! They said that they will give us free two men delivery and they will install those beds. But to my surprise when the delivery time arrived yes it was two men but they just deliver it and didn't install. The delivery men said that it's the only instruction for them to do. So disappointed and upset! Will never ever come to this shop again! And will not recommend this shop to friends and family.
