Purchased a full set of leather couches. They must be sourcing a very low low quality leather. They did not service us AT ALL even though we paid for warranty. The top surface of the leather wore off within 6 months, and the spring/foam layers began failing. Now it's a horrible looking uncomfortable 3 piece set. I would highly recommend looking at other options outside of this place for any kind of furniture. The long term value and support you'll get out of their company and product is unfortunately non-existent.
I have bought quite a bit over the years here. They treat us well, are honest, and it's an adventure in the store. One minute contemporary then next minute marble columns. I do not like shopping much. It here it's a little more fun. Some stuff in here is so bold that my wife says no before I even see it. Fun!
After going to several furniture stores we finally found a sofa bed sectional that met our needs/wants for a reasonable price. Tammy quickly assessed our needs, likes and dislikes. She showed us pieces that she thought would suit both mine and my husband's tastes, as they are quite different. Knew her products and stock very well. Were lots of options for us. Prices were a bit lower than the other 5 stores we went to. I would highly recommend checking them out. Update: went and paid for our purchase and they delivered and setup 2 hours later!! If we need furniture in the future this will be our 1st stop!
Very good Quality of furniture is top notch! Prices are top notch too And the variety is amazing. Variety in the stock and price. There is something for everyone I particularly like the fact that everything is setup and you get to see and tryout what you buy
Bought my kids night stand from them and it was affordable. So it took me 1-year to negotiate and buy this lovely 6-piece chair set from Crossroads. It’s so expensive but it’s worth having. With this chair set, no more sofa shopping. I’m loving every moment on it and it’s so unique. I always look forward to their sales. Highly recommended.
Amazing place! This is gorgeous furniture that isn’t what the average furniture store carries. You’ll find many made in Italy pieces, along with designs from all over Europe. Amazing store, great selection, unique items, good price point and easy to find. I highly recommend going to take a look
We purchased this furniture from Crossroads Furniture Calgary NE "Contemporary Geniune Leather Seating Sofa Set". Totally disappointed! This leather has cracked on the couch in two different spots. It will cost me over a $1,000 to repair it. A picture is worth a thousand words, so please see the pictures below. The last picture is the product they are still selling in their store, so be aware that this may happen. What I find very interesting is that this is the only piece out of 3 purchased with cracks. We tried to reach out to the store to ask them what can be done, needless to say, we got no resolution. For the store to fix this would have been a minimal cost, but business acumen does to seem to be part of this business. They have definitely lost a customer. I tried to upload the pictures several times, but they do not show up. Feel free to reach out to me and I will definitively share them with you.
Absolutely amazing service, the staff were friendly and helpful, the moving crew was friendly and absolutely wonderful to work with, il definitely be going here for furniture in the future
I'm sharing my experience so that hopefully it can help someone. I bought couches, a bed frame ,and mattress a year and a half ago. I really liked how they looked in the beginning and the lady that helped me was really nice. I had just moved back to Calgary and was starting from scratch and the workers here told me they could deliver the next day ,so I was ecstatic about that. The lady kept telling me how great the quality of their furniture was and that i would be very happy with my purchase. The delivery was brought the next day as promised and I was pretty happy. Then 6 months later the couches started sagging so bad, to the point i had to put a pillow in the middle under the cushions to help it from sagging! The bed started to sag as well and the rhinestone strip started to fall off and it looks terrible! I'm really upset with the quality of ALL their furniture! The workers and the delivery people were nice buy they are trained to think that they sell good quality stuff so that they can fool you. I really hope that they are really closing down because it's sad that they sell such bad quality stuff and take advantage of people.
We got excellent service. The sales lady Tammy was not pushy, and was very patient well we decided. She also answered all and any questions we had. After looking at other places, we bought here because of service and price. We are looking forward to picking up our new furniture this weekend.
