I and my wife ordered a bedroom set from them 2 months ago. All the pieces had LED lights which was the main reason to buy them. Their people came into the house installed everything and left very quickly without informing usVery unprofessional. I suspected something is wrong. So, I went to the bedroom to check and found few LED lights were not working properly. One was with a damaged cord and three adapters were missing. Since then I am calling and emailing them to fix the issue. But they never showed up. Funny thing is, They call upfront to inform you that someone is coming tomorrow when they already know that no one is going. I wasted my 4-5 days on different dates waiting for their technician to visit our home. I am attaching pictures of the set and bill with this review. On Monday, I will be calling Service Alberta to file a complaint against them after giving them enough notice to refund and to pick up the set. I can not imagine any business providing this horrible service in Canada. Never ever buy anything from them.
Got the best deal for a new queen mattress from these guys along with the frame. Got the delivery in a week to Edmonton as was promised by the owner. Best store for great deal in Alberta
Wow such a bad business people and quality of furniture received. Waited months after paying for the order and when received insttallation was very bad. Ordered a bed and they just put screws on the finished surface as there was a defect in the product. Very bad installation guys and bad furniture. Obviously screws broke after sometime and so did my $2000 bed. Will never recommend to anyone.
We recently bought a new sofa set and it was amazing to say the least. The quality of the fabric and the finish is really appreciable. The service throughout our buying process was commendable. I would 10/10 recommend this place if you're looking to buy new furniture for your house.
Very helpful, knowledgeable, and nice people to work with! Our sales person i think her name was Amisha wants us to be happy with our choices and goes beyond to help us answer all of our questions. The store has a wonderful selection of quality furniture. Delivery was on time. Overall experience was pretty good.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I had a terrible experience with them and will NOT be ordering again! I placed my order for a sectional in the beginning of September, when placing the order the sales representative didn’t know what she was talking about and kept going back and for with almost all questions we had! They were very eager to make the sale and took our deposit. We were told it would take 4-6 weeks for our sectional to be delivered. 6 weeks had gone by and we didn’t receive it. After almost 8 weeks and calling multiple times, getting hung up on and going into the store again I finally received my sectional DAMAGED. The velvet fabric was all scratched up and in bad shape! I refused to let it be and contacted their customer service. They had stated it would take 2-3 weeks to fix the manufactures defect. I had asked them to make the sectional larger since they were already having to fix issues with it. When they finally came yo pick up the sectional the delivery driver tried to state that this was not on them but on the manufacturer of the fabric and I waited an additional 8 weeks to get it back. When it was finally delivered 4 months later they had sent the completely wrong legs with the delivery guys. When I pointed this out they seemed to find it funny and laughed. The delivery was terrible and I had to wait an additional 4 days for the correct legs! The lack of communication between sales and customer service and delivery staff was terrible. They all seemed to blame each other for the mistakes made with our order and not take responsibility for the errors! IF YOU DON’T WANT A DEAL WITH A HEADACHE AND HASSLE THEN I’D SUGGEST CHOOSING ANOTHER COMPANY TO ORDER FROM!!!!
I heard bad experience from some people. but thought let’s try. I went their. They were very nice and sweet. Bought bed and sofa from them. They said will deliver in 1 month. Called them after month, no reply. Was not answering calls. Finally after 2 days they said it will take another month. Next month they delivered the bed and installed it. I was in hospital, delivered a baby. When came home with baby saw nightstand backside was open. Only 2 screw pins were attached out of 10-12. The bed makes noise when you take side. It was more than $3000. Whenever I turn left right, the whole bed moves even though its box bed. Please save your money. Don’t buy from them
This is our second home and we love to buy our furniture from Calgary Best Buy Furniture North East even though we live in Cochrane, AB. The Customer service is exceptional and the delivery of the furniture is on time and done right way. It's good to see when people take pride in the work they are doing. I appreciate the owner as they educate you according to your needs and respect your time and money.
They don't have good collaboration with their own team, lack of communication that's how they end up with not providing exact delivery time. They should hire good installing assembler and delivering staff. Need to improve customer service after the sale.
